Always faced out of survey
Over a month now I have not been able to do the surveys with out being faced out for one reason or the other. I will appreciate the reason I'm always removed from partaking in surveys.

i have a problem with the email address i enlisted to receive payments to, meaning i cant seem to access that email, thus i am unable to approve the payment sent from mobiworkx, so i would like to know how can i reverse the payment that i sent to that particular email address?

Very quick problem solve
I had some technical difficulty, they replies w instructions to reset password, but the OTP pin never came via SMS and when asked to resend said am out of chances. I mailed the help desk got the usual generic reply and expecting it to however many working days etc. They resolved it that same afternoon. Thank you.

Mobiworkx is Legit
Mobiworkx is the first survey platform I've used that actually paid me. Their surveys are very easy and pay is equivalent to the task unlike other platform that takes much of your time with very low pay.
My only issue with them is that I rarely receive surveys sometimes it takes 2 to 3 weeks to have enough survey that ends you just $4.
Best beside that, every thing else is very okay.

I was getting a lot of surveys and was able to reach $12.25 only left with $0.25 to cash out, that's when rhe nightmare started. Everytime I try to log in the app it opens to a survey qualifying question that when I choose and press next it does not go further and I have sent multiple emails but they are not resolving my issue and its been a months now. I'm unable to complete any other survey because there's a survey that seems to be stuck it does not work hence I cannot cancel it. Help

At first was so excited abt these surveys I would do them and get paid
Ever since they changed from $5 to$12,5 they aren't paying I did 2 transactions and still my $25 isn't reflecting in my PayPal account I have tried communicating to them they have been giving me false hopes it's either your money has been put wait for 10 days I did still nothing I'm so annoyed by their service now

Extremely Disappointed - Zero Surveys After 5 Days
I've never experienced such incompetence and lack of service until I stumbled upon MobiWorkx. It's been an excruciating five days since I signed up, eagerly anticipating surveys to start rolling in, but to my utter dismay, not a single survey has graced my screen.
I joined this platform with high hopes of earning some extra cash, only to be met with sheer disappointment. What kind of survey site promises opportunities for users but fails to deliver anything at all? It's utterly baffling and downright frustrating.
I've tried reaching out to their customer support, but surprise, surprise, no response. It's like shouting into a void. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction and basic communication are not on their agenda.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid MobiWorkx like the plague. Don't waste your time and energy on a platform that couldn't care less about its users. I wouldn't recommend this sorry excuse for a survey site to my worst enemy. Absolute disgrace.

The decision to adjust the minimum redemption amount was made in collaboration with our rewards partner, who changed vendors for PayPal transactions. This change was necessary to accommodate the associated PayPal fees, which will now be covered by the partner on behalf of our members.
It is worth noting that there are other reward options available at lower withdrawal thresholds.
