Ever since the update, we've been receiving closed surveys back-to-back, and it's been over a month now. It would be better if you could just revert us to the previous, more stable layout because this is clearly not working for everyone.

If I was able to give it zero star I could.. because this website is totally mess up.. since you change it.its no longer the mobiworkx we use to know. Now it's rubbish.. to open the website is a problem. The surveys same thing.you will see 5 survey at once but all of them closed.what is that.. better change it to the old one. And remove this nonsense.. before it was good and sweet now it's rubbish total bushit.am not happy at all in fact we are not happy.. people are complaining about the same thing and you are not doing anything about it haaaa imi be SRS. And change the withdraw back to where it was before.

Who ever advised you to upgrade from that old site to this rubbish site didn't advised you well,first payments are being issued after some days compared to the old site you would receive your payments next day, Secondly you load many surveys that are closed already making it hard for users to complete a survey in days, why don't you return to the old site for the sake of your reputation. AWFUL SURVEY PLATFORM
I used to enjoy completing surveys on Mobiworkx website, but ever since they upgraded their website,the site is a total awful mess! It crushes everytime I login. Many surveys pop up and I try to open immediately after being loaded but they all closes being prevented to complete any. PLEASE MIGRATE US BACK TO THE OLD WEBSITE!! most of us are not happy with your upgrade

Your comments have been shared with our technical team, and we’re actively working to resolve these problems. While we can’t revert to the old platform, we are committed to fixing what’s not working on the new one.
In the meantime, if possible, try clearing your browser cache or using a different device or browser to see if performance improves. And please don’t hesitate to contact our support team with screenshots or error messages so we can better assist you.
Bad since the upgrade
Mobiworkx was good until they upgraded the site and now all the surveys available are closed once you click on them. They really need to fix up so it doesn't spoil their good name.

Come on don't say that u if we didn't meet your expectations just say it these are not made for Africa u try making your website wide world but don't care bout Africa even if they surveys the money given is very different form other countries like the UK just restrict Africa we are okay if u do so be honest not tricking Africans joining your website where only 10% benefit so that they can say we have gotten paid, we are not stupid, u use us and say sorry if we didn't meet your expectations. Ever since they changed the minimum cashout amount from $5 to $12.50, it has been difficult to qualify for surveys, and there are now a fewer number of surveys provided, which makes it difficult to reach the minimum threshold of $12.50.
