Mobilemech Shop Anmeldelser

Managed deceit
Tyres bought through mobilemech website, but in all correspondence mytyres was used, therefore am posting the same review on both sites.
Problems were:
1: Wrong tyres sent twice (by air to the UK from Germany) correct size, but not “sealtech”
Hefty discount promised on the second set, but never materialised.
2: 10 day wait for reimbursement of wrong tyres when promised that it would be “immediate” Which changed to at the “end of this working day” and again changed to “we will pass the request on to accounts to pay you.”
3: No response after 5 days following ordering different tyres, therefore order also cancelled.
I had to phone the company 6 times in total, each time the operatives gave the impression of being helpful, but when promises made never happened, I firmly believe they are merely “managing the deceit” of people higher up the chain.
I have delayed this review until receipt of my refund as I do not trust this company one inch, and I advise anyone else to be very sceptical and question every claim made by their phone operatives.
Incidentally 4 weeks later the website is still showing the original tyres I wanted, that they do not have in stock.

Cheap, quality tyres with free quick delivery. What’s not to love?

Great service, good price and quick delivery.

Best price I could find.for.the tyre I needed , good website and fast delivery

Tyres arrived at designated garage within 5 days, can’t fault them and I’m a happy bunny!

What can i say tyres delivered quickly.
Best price i could find Uniroyal at.
Thanks.

Cheap price for tyres, ordered through comparison site idealo. Delivery very quick and free. Used the mobile fitting service through mobile mechshop. Edintyre ian was a top bloke all 4 tyres fitting within an hour and the cheapest around. Will use again

Great service and price. As being same type of tyres I shop by price. Sent and received quickly.

DPD always good my way so happy they were used.

Complete waste of time ordered tyres waited 3days for them to be dispatched then found out that they don't have stock they just take orders and then they must order so unprofessional

Delivered a damaged handset
Refused to exchange it, had me waiting 2 weeks
Do not buy from this company total Ripp Off
Customer service is RUBBISH

Great tyre prices. Despatched really quickly. The UK DPD really let the side down. Ended up having to collect the tyres from DPD depot in Leeds. This was not Mobile mech shops fault but DPD who were useless. Cannot fault the tyres the price or even the dispatch from Germany. Would use again but would know what to expect from DPD.

Excellent service and great to deal with. The tyres I purchased were the most competitively priced. All arrived within the 5 days as specified, coming from Germany I thought this wasn’t bad service. The DPD delivery was also very good.

It took over 8 days for the company to get in contact with me after my order. They said my credit card payment had been rejected and wanted a bank transfer for payment to complete the order. Although the payment was initially on my credit card it was now gone.

As I wanted to pay by credit card they stated they would have to cancel the order and make it again which would not have honnered my original price. So cancelled the order.

I would suggest purchase with care.

Took A few days to get here but arrived when they said they would. Worth the wait - great prices and great service

Ordered 2 tyres ,couldn't believe i was offered free shipping ,as most places rip off north of Scotland with huge shipping charges.Delivered all the way from Germany within the week very happy will order again

Very good price best I could find
Would recommend to all

Will use again

But the tyres come from Germany not the uk so keep this in mind

Delivery was 3 days but DPD were terrible said they had delivered but they had not so the 3 day delivery turns in to 6 days

Very good price for tyre but had to wait for it though

First time ordering, items arrived earlier than expected. No issues at all and I'll happily order again

Used this company several (4) times best prices I could find. Only been let down by them once when they could not supply what I ordered - offered suitable alternative. All other times have found them to be good. Last time delivery within 2 days. Will use again.
