Shipping was very fast and product quality was very excellent, however I found the website slightly hard to navigate once uploading all my pictures to the site it was difficult to figure out how to move to the next step

We’re sorry to hear the website felt a little difficult to navigate after uploading your images. You can usually move through the process either by following the thumbnail tabs or task bar, such as Artwork, Details, and then Payment, or by following the prompt messages on screen advising what’s needed next.
If anything ever feels unclear though, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re available pretty much 24/7 and always happy to help with any questions or assistance needed.
The book looked great
The book looked great. Quality printing, Am preparing another order. My only complaint is with UPS shipping but that's not your fault. If i could get you to just drop the next one in the mail and let Canada Post handle the shipping it would better. Great work thx.

My images look Incredible
The images look incredible, the paper stock used for the cover and the pages feel high quality. My order was delivered very quickly (and since the shipping cost was so high, I was happy this was the case).

Second time around, and just as good!
This is my second publication with Mixam. Much easier the second time around, now that I am familiar with the interface and process. The turnaround was quicker than I expected, and the quality was just as good!

I love the multiple location shipping
I love the multiple location shipping. Quality was way better than blurb with my first printing. This was exactly what I wanted. The interface was easy easier than blurb. The AI upscaling was amazing and made so much more sense than the website complaining about problems your site just fixed for me. I liked the interface, and how it even showed a picture of where I was shipping too. The shipping want on time but that wasn't your guys fault... I even got a personal email about my different tracking numbers. Very happy customer. I'm glad I chose a Canadian company to print my book about Canada

Unreliable Customer Service
We bought a large order to print for our artbook, they gave us a date of delivery, and then immediately changed the delivery date a day before it was supposed to arrive with no reason why. This was frustrating as we expressed our concern about an event we are hosting because of our art book and the delayed shipment was too long that we had to cancel our event. We called customer service and there was no response to solving anything or reasoning why it was delayed. TRIED to use the chat and the phone number and there was genuinely no one who could pick up. Disappointing and unreliable experience and I still haven’t gotten the order yet.

We always aim to meet our estimated timelines, and in most cases, we do. As all of our products are custom made, the dates we provide are estimates rather than guarantees. That said, we work hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and get orders out as quickly as possible, so we understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met.
We’re also very sorry to hear about the difficulty you had reaching our support team, that’s not the experience we want to provide. We’d like to take a closer look at what happened here. You can go to your order, click the “Report an Issue” button, once it’s submitted, our team can properly investigate and do our best to help.
Great product, delayed delivery
Great product, of high quality. Delivery date changed the day it was to arrive, to two days in the future, and so I lost out on potential sales as a result of its non-availability, and my customers expecting the book being available on the initial delivery date quoted. UPS essentially held onto the item over the weekend, when it was the last weekend of my show at the gallery.

In this case, the shipment was fully in the hands of the carrier, and unfortunately the change in delivery date and the decision to hold the parcel over the weekend were outside of our control. We understand how critical timing was for your gallery show, and how disappointing it must have been to not have the book available as planned.
That said, we don’t take the impact lightly, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you.
We always aim to meet our estimated timelines, and in most cases, we do. As all of our products are custom-made, our dates are shared as estimates, but we work hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and get orders out as quickly as possible.
For any future or larger projects, especially with important deadlines, we recommend letting us know as early as possible, ideally either just before confirming your order or right after, Live chat is great way to reach out to us. This allows us to provide the most accurate production timelines and keep a closer eye on your order from start to finish.
