Missive is slept on, for sure. The team has put a ton of thought into making it powerful, yet streamlined. It has useful integrations with AI, but doesn't use AI as some hacky sales tactic like you see companies doing today. Their support is kind and responsive as well. Refreshing!

I run several businesses and was drowning in multiple Gmail accounts across different apps and devices. Missive fixed that. Everything consolidated in one place, accessible in the browser without needing another app cluttering my machine - that alone was worth the switch.

I don't use the team features but I imagine they're excellent. What I care about is how it feels to use daily, and Missive genuinely gets that right. The interface is thoughtful, the mobile app is properly good rather than an afterthought, and on the one occasion I needed support the response was fast and actually helpful.

It's one of those tools that quietly improves your working day without making a big deal of itself. Solid product, clearly built by people who actually use it.

Really great experience. I'm coming from Spark, that is another mail client and now I'm sticking with Missive because overall is a lot better for collaboration and has a lot of great functionalities. Support is great because they take the time to explain you how it works and show you really great tricks. We are really happy with it.

Great company to work with. Any question I ever had, I got an immediate answer. No automatic canned responses but pure fast customer service. This, on top of the fact that their app is awesome

I love the rules. I am honestly paying a lot of money almost exclusively because I love the ability to "turn my email off" during set hours.
Overall, I love that I can shut my email off and have it "hide" my messages until the next work day. There's a bit of a learning curve setting everything up and I wish it were easier to test run email rules/settings, but I think I have a handle on everything. I also really wish Notion was integrated, but I have a workaround for now.

As a Fractional Operations Manager, I'm embedded in the inboxes and calendars of many clients at once. I couldn't do it without this platform! Missive makes productivity and collaboration across accounts simplified and streamlined. The support team (Phil) is super helpful and responsible. I'm excited to continue referring Missive to future clients!

I absolutely love Missive. I have been using it quite some time now, since they were just in the start-up phase. For private mail accounts it provides all tools you need (for free, mostly). Lots of functionality and lots of integrations: from Todoist (or similar) to openAI or API access.

Also an absolute must for teams: affordable plans for a very broad package of team functionality: delegating conversations, tagging each other, discussing conversations, managed signatures, managed responses (templates), and shared inboxes.

I have been doubting recently between Spark en Missive, but given Missive's extra and stable functionality over Spark combined with its reasonable pricing it is an absolute no brainer for me to choose Missive.

Over the last few years it has been working perfectly on both my MacBook and iPhone. Also love the automations (workflow) through rules and conditions.

Customer service is always present, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Updates are frequent and truly meaningful, consistently improving the user experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and beautifully organized. And the integrations with other apps are powerful and genuinely helpful.

Tried lots of different shared inboxes and Missive had all the features, connectivity, and layout I needed. They also do a great job continuing to build out and add to the system.

I've been thrilled with Missive, since I started using it for my small business a few months ago. I was nervous that it would be too difficult and complicated but the opposite is true. I've been using Missive for two years now, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional email service. This tool is incredibly useful for ensuring collaboration within a single team: shared mailbox and individual mailboxes, assignment of emails based on projects managed by employees, integrated chat. It makes our work more fluid and easier to follow. We've already had to contact support, and the team is super fast and helpful.

Found Missive a couple of years ago and decided not to pull the trial.

Found it again last month and just finished up my trial...

Let me tell you this... it blows Superhuman and any other Email Client (I've tried like 4-5 this year alone) out of the water.

I highly recommend it!

We are a small bespoke webshop in Australia that specialises in refurbishing and remarketing industrial laptops and tablets. As the business grew, our customer communications became harder to manage. Email chains were scattered, it was difficult to track who was following up with which customer, and responsibilities within the team often overlapped or slipped through the cracks. What used to be manageable for one person became chaotic with several people.

Missive has transformed that completely. It has given us a central place to manage communication, assign tasks, and ensure nothing is missed. The ability to assign emails directly to a team member, or to comment and discuss a reply before sending it, means every customer query is handled properly and with confidence. For us, this has been game changing. Automation rules have taken a lot of manual work off the table, such as sorting and tagging incoming emails, or automatically routing requests to the right person. What used to require constant checking and double handling now just flows into the right place.

For me personally, as the director of the business, the difference has been enormous. I was well overdue for a holiday, and thanks to Missive I was finally able to step away for six weeks knowing the team had everything under control. They could continue chasing leads, following up with customers, and even raising invoices without me constantly monitoring what was happening. Actions could still be assigned to me where needed, but everything was clear and well structured, which allowed me to properly relax for the first time in years.

The return on investment has been immediate. The cost per seat might look high once you imagine scaling to a bigger team, but the time saved in man hours easily pays for it many times over. Beyond the software itself, the support team deserves credit too. Whenever I have had a question, they have been quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely engaged in making sure we get the most out of the tool.

It has never let us down, every integration has worked seamlessly, and the whole team enjoys using it. Missive is not just another collaboration platform, it has become one of the most important tools in how we run our business every single day.

I was most impressed with how much thought went in to building out the features to really cover almost any scenario or use case you and your team may have.

Features etc. are great and yeah, every app or service has their distinctive ones. What set´s Missive apart is the tremendously good support - fast reaction times and detailed answers even to minor "problems" that are not in their services but in connections, API calls etc.
I had issues connecting Webhooks and sending the right calls back to their API and they solved every question I had.
