We use Chatbase for over a year now and it keeps getting better. The platform updates regularly with so many new features, and the AI responses have become noticeably more accurate over time as we train it with more docs. It's become an essential part of how our company does customer support.

A terrible let-down after three years of use.
After more than three years of use, I believe I have a well-founded opinion. This project began with the support and patience of many professionals. Once Chatbase had built up a sufficient client base, all the features that those of us who signed up for the platform in its early days had access to were suddenly swept up in a drive for extreme monetisation. Usage costs have tripled and features from the plans have disappeared. They have unilaterally changed the terms and conditions and are pressuring us to abandon our current plan in favour of new plans that are three times more expensive and offer fewer features. On top of this, the chat system is unable to manage an appointment, send an email or process a booking request. For all these reasons, we are cancelling the service and will be working with other platforms.

A very bad experience. You sign up for a plan with certain terms and conditions, and over time they remove features you’d paid for because they want to charge more per customer. I haven’t asked for any extra features; I’ve simply asked them not to take away what I’d paid for. They treat customers very badly. What’s more, the chat function isn’t capable of handling customer enquiries; it just repeats the same information – it’s not a sales or customer service representative.

Been absolutely pleased with Chatbase. From the simplicity to set it all up and learn how to use it to the power and depth of what it can do. I was able to train my first agent so quickly on an archive of sources and markdown files and crawling a sitemap of over 200 articles. But when i realized the agent could return and display an image as part of its response to the user was magical. Great support team (AI and human) and fast response.

Muy buena experiencia con Chatbase. El chatbot es fácil de configurar, flexible y permite crear asistentes realmente útiles para una web sin tener que desarrollar soluciones complejas.
En mi caso lo estoy utilizando para ayudar a los usuarios a encontrar el producto adecuado y responder preguntas frecuentes, y el comportamiento multilingüe funciona muy bien.
Además, el equipo de soporte responde rápido y con explicaciones claras cuando surgen dudas. En general, una herramienta muy potente para añadir un asistente inteligente a una web.
