Mipod was different before!! I always got my orders on time and they sent replacements for faulty devices.

This last time, i placed an order for 10 vapes. Luckily this time i also purchased route protection.
My items were lost and i had to know about it 20 days after i placed my order and eagerly waiting.

Route issued a refund but no words from Mipod. As a customer who is buying a nicotine based product I don't appreciate the frustration of waiting, not receiving my items, and not getting any sort of compensation for it.

Used to be good, but they switched to GSL. They never deliver at the time given. Considering someone needs to be home to sign. How is that possible when they don’t show up in the window. Most people have day jobs, but they give me a day and never show up. I can never access the tracking number. It always has an error. Very frustrating. I’d order from a different company.

Customer service is excellent!
With the USPS discontinuing Mipod shipments, they were up front and more than willing to work with me. They gave the option to cancel my order which I would have done if the gentleman would not work with me to resolve the late shipment.
I have had no concerns about the status of my order at any point. I will be receiving my order soon but while waiting placed another order today incase shipping lead times are still lengthy.
Mipod rewards program is also excellent. The order I placed today is the third order I have created and I already had enough rewards points to receive $50 off my order!

I will continue to order from Mipod going forward even if shipping lead times are a bit longer.

Ohhh boy placed my order on Dec 29th after hearing about the cite. Its now January 8th and i still havent gotten my pacakage. Customer service is down on the weekends and somehow the shipping they provided seems to taoe a whole trip around the country but doesn't come to the address. I Ordered from Mi-pod to makengetting acess to vape easier since i love rural. Now i know my money is better spent driving 80-100miles to get 2 vapes for the same money. Less withdrawals

Easy to use website and very fair pricing. The product reviews on their page really helped me pick the best flavor of Elfbar and Lost Mary’s. I emailed customer service and received a reply within 1 business day. My product also shipped within 1 business day and arrived quick. I ordered on a Thursday night and received my order Monday morning. Everything was packaged correctly and the products were all verified authentic when scanning the QR codes. I highly recommend this company for your online vape needs. Will definitely be buying again.

No matter which address I use, mine my cousins or my friends, it says "some items cannot be shipped to the address"

These guys stand behind their products. unfortunately, i have had some bad experiences with a product but within their 6 month warranty. i emailed them about the issues i was having and after providing proof of my purchase they were able to replace the device entirely. Their customer service alone is worth coming back and buying from them even if they charge a little more for taxes and shipping. i get my products faster from mipod than i have from anywhere else. so, to me it’s worth the extra few cents. the taste i get from the mipod vapes is unparalleled to any other brand i have tried.
