When ordering from Element Vape, you have to pay for an adult signature, even though I have never been asked to sign for the package. You do not pay for an adult signature at Huff and Puffers. The carrier they use for AZ requires a signature for all packages but you do not pay for it.

These guys are the absolute best! They’re friendly, have a nice selection and the shipping is quick. Their stock runs out quicker than most, but that’s just the way it goes with a large, diverse inventory. One of the best shops out there.

Very fast shipping and great, immediate customer service if there was a problem. The only downside is someone over 21 has to sign for the package and I have never experienced this before.

I am a recurring customer of this business, and they are the only online vape retailers that I use. Their customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere. The few times I have had any issues, I have contacted them and they resolved my issues immediately. I don’t understand anyone reviewing them less than five stars. Keep up the great work!

I gave them an order totaling $78.93. The money was taken through paypal and received. I never got my item. It's been a long time and am now getting ready to report them to paypal for fraud. I sent an email from my email and one from their so-called customer service. I have not received any answer.

I typically purchase my vape juice from Flawless Vape, but recently, I’ve had ongoing issues with payment processing, delayed shipments, and a lack of communication when reaching out through their only available email contact. Because of that, I decided to try Huff and Puffers.

The difference was immediate. Huff and Puffers had better pricing, and I placed my order on a Friday morning—by later that same day, it had already shipped with a valid UPS tracking number. That alone was a big improvement compared to my recent experiences elsewhere.

I didn’t need to contact customer support since everything went smoothly, so I can’t speak to responsiveness yet, but based on pricing, ordering, and shipping speed, this was a great experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely awesome. They have great deals/prices, have brands I use in-stock brands ( authentic brands) and delivery time was awesome. I highly recommend Huff and Puffers.

Delivery were attempted twice and failed due to a locked apartment gate even though I was in residence during these two days. The delivery men didn’t attempt to call me to come down and pick up the package. The expert chat was rude and ended the chat without much help.

I've been vaping for 5 years, searching for an online smoke shop that isn't sold out of everything I want.
These guys have the quality brands I've been looking for for years. Devices and hardware, huge ranges of juices, accessories, disposables.
The pod cartridges I need are always sold out in shops and online. I bought 5 boxes! no problem. My new XROS 5 is soooo beautiful (white) and all at great prices.

Really liked this online service. Fast delivery and no hassle. You do have to sign for products in CA. Also, no flavored juice to be sold in CA. But it was good product and really fast delivery at a reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

Fast shipping through UPS with adult signature required. Ordered on a Friday delivered on Tuesday to Texas. All items arrived in tact; juice, pod vape battery, and extra pod packs. Cheaper prices than anywhere I could find. That’s 3 for 3 order fulfilled fine for me at least.

Terrible customer service; terrible shipping; I never received my items and had to fight to get my refund; avoid.

Supposed to receive order today after week and a half. Now I’m being told Monday. I’m never shopping here again. Tracking indicated I should get it today.

is a legit company. and a little cheaper than element and others. they under bid by a dollar and some change PLUS do not charge for shipping or the ups signature. I bought 10 vapes and the final cost was 20.00 less then element and mod. took two days to get here, but im right next door they are in cali I am in Washington state.

I have ordered twice from here now and they are top notch. Both orders were shipped same day and arrived at my door step within 2 days. Packaging was appropriate and the shipping company they use make it easy to make sure you are home to receive and sign for your package. Products are authentic and of course all came sealed in their original packaging. What more can you ask for?

I absolutely love them. I’ve had two orders from them so far and have been completely satisfied both times. The first time one of my vapes was soaking wet and not working and they credited my account. The second time there was issues with shipping that had nothing to do with them. They took the time to look into it and everything for me, and even called me regularly to check up on how things were going. They have a great selection and a great customer service team. I also like the fact that each and every time I place an order I get about three dollars in rewards added to my account. I also like that if you order a certain amount that you get free shipping.
The prices are decent and the vapes are pretty cool too. Customer Service is a big part of any online company. I will never order again from certain places, because of the customer service experience. I will definitely order from them. I absolutely I love their customer service.
Now it would be nice to have free shipping for $50 because in reality, who needs that many vapes at one time. Even Walmart ships for $35. And shipping does take about a week which isn’t too terrible. And you may not have needed a signature in the past, but they need one now and I think that’s a good thing. But with the signature I feel like we should have the option to pick it up at a UPS office instead of waiting all day long for UPS to show up. And sometimes they don’t and then you got to wait a whole Nother day. “Shipment will be delivered by 7pm on Tuesday’l it’s like back in the 80s when we had to wait for the cable guy. And unless you have no job, that’s really not some thing that anybody wants to do. Especially when you can’t count on UPS to actually show up on the schedule day.

My absolute favorite thing about Huffers and Puffers is the crazy, unbelievably fast shipping! Like next day or 2 days max! No signature necessary.

I had an issue with one of my vapes and their customer service team took care of me immediately! I tell my friends and family to order from them if they want super Duper fast shipping and excellent customer service!! Pretty Fairly priced vapes. Just a couple more bucks than I’ve seen on the market, no biggie. Must spend more than $100 to get free shipping, but I just buy a bunch at a time so they last me anyways. Oh and they have a points system and they give actual dollars off your next or future orders. Pretty awesome! Thanks Huffers and Puffers!
