Can't cancel my order??
It was very hard to figure out everything on the app when placing the order.
I placed it when I was in a dark time and wanted to go back after quitting, but after days of waiting (yeah, like five days before it had even been reviewed or whatever for shipping) I realized it wasn't a good idea at all. So, I went to cancel the order, but could not find out how or where to do so no matter where I looked. I read the terms and conditions as well as shipping and order details, as well as other things, but nowhere in any of them did I find out how or where to cancel, or if canceling was even something I could do. Though, I do not see why I wouldn't be able to?
I contacted customer service via email, but they haven't even responded to me yet. I should probably call them, but that's really not something I wanna do, just because it feels so unnecessary. I mean, why is it so hard to cancel an order? Like, seriously, I ordered one thing. Not to mention shipping and tax had me paying twice the price of the actual product, but I guess that's whatever. I just want to cancel it, but the longer I wait for a response is a higher chance I might not even be able to. Wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this, or if I'm just stupid and can't figure it out? Idk.

Horrible customer service and Age verification
I placed an order, received an email from BlueCheck to age verify. Glad they are being responsible and not selling to minors BUT the link to verify didn't work, so I figured out how to contact them. It was really late and I fell asleep. Went to work next morning, took my verification photos. Opened my email, Mi-Pod cancelled my order. "Unforseen circumstances" is the reason they said they cancelled my order. Called Mi-Pod to see what happened. I get connected to a very snotty young man, he was extremely condescending. He told me I had to verify first, contacted BlueCheck and sent my photos. Bluecheck verified twice that I was good. Placed a new order with Mi-Pod. Checked my email the next morning, cancelled....AGAIN. I called customer service again, got a young man named Chris. I suspect it was the same young man, with a bad attitude. He informed me that I was not verified. I went to Get Pop and ordered, verified and shipping my products. Go somewhere else.. Mi-Pod is ridiculous, customer service stinks.

Delivery took forever
Delivery took forever! Called to ask and was told the shipment was lost and they'd file a claim on the insurance. I haven't heard anything since. Customer service was deplorable. I will never order from this shifty place again.
Never received my order
They use GLS shipping and the tracking just stopped showing updates. Originally stated to be delivered 1/9, then 1/10, then no more updates were scanned from 1/10 at 3pm. Chatted in and emailed them every day and was told each time some one would provide me an update and an ETA but that never came. Eventually the my refunded my order. This is apparently a theme for them as you can see in the other reviews as well. Wish I would’ve seen them before I ordered.
Do NOT TRUST or ORDER from this company
Almost a month, order still not received. As other reviews have stated, this information is not given and possibly concealed prior to shipping and only offered one shipping option. People want the nicotine products they ordered as soon as possible, not waiting almost a month. They do not give times or days that the regional carrier will deliver your order which you have to be at location to accept delivery. Most people are not available and waiting for someone to come at any given moment, they need notice to accept package. They simply push you off to the regional carrier once they've accepted your money. If you're not home at time of delivery, too bad. They accept no responsibility, offer no remorse or solution but push you off. As other reviewers have stated, they are then smug, condescending, unprofessional, ungrateful, unhelpful, rude and quite potentially scammers. Will never order again, they should be shut down, do not trust this company, they do not deserve your money or business.

Please never order from this company. Tracking is a nightmare, shipping times are deceitful at best & support is atrocious and condescending. Had I known what a fraudulent operation this company was, I would’ve purchased from a local shop instead of wasting my time and money on this “company”. I ordered a month ago and shipping hasn’t updated in a week. Fully anticipate never receiving this order and simply reporting it as fraud. Good luck with the BBB!

Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!! They are rude and don’t follow thru with what they say they are going to do with their shipping and just ignore you when you want answers. Like a child. I will never order from them again. I would advise you to spend your money some where else.

If there were “zero stars” that would be my vote. Still waiting … Day 14 since I placed my order which included a $16.99 shipping fee. I want a refund. I will be calling MiPod when they open today, with expectations of a full refund.
The product is excellent
The product is excellent. The pricing OK but the delivery time is absolutely freaking ridiculous. Count on 21 days after your order order is received which is actually two days after you order it. Customer service tells me that no one in the US ships and that is why it takes so long, but that is not true because I have found ordering from. Getpop It shows up the freaking next day!!!!!

I placed an order with them and I know they use a carrier company called rocketship. Their prices for the geek bar plus are very good in the shipping is very reasonable. The only biggest point that I have is the time it takes to receive your order. Mickey bar pluses sold out in a lot of places so I look for online websites that carry their products. The quality is great the customer service was very helpful. It just takes too long to receive your order

They will use a delivery company that fakes delivery, then claim they never recieved the returned product. Then they will refuse to refund you. Pretty basic scam between a shady shipper and store. Find a safer place to spend your money. A place that either gets you the product or refunds your money. Stay away from these thieves.
By far the classiest e-cig company around
By far the classiest, most ethical, best customer service e-cigs company ever. Mi-Pod (mipod.com) has been anything but stellar in their dealings with us, in every single aspect. My husband loves the taste and ease of use of the disposable cigarettes. The shipping has been fast, accurate, courteous, and predictable. Customer service has been above and beyond. i truly cannot say enough good things about them, and I am a super-picky shopper.
It's particularly impressive and pleasing in a niche where about 70% of the competition companies turn out to be scammers.
I believe this is a scam
I believe this is a scam. But a smart one. The first couple times ordered from them no problem. This last time is a disaster. I contacted customer service and got a smart ass answer, basically telling me once they ship it no longer their responsibility. Tracking is a nightmare. Now I'm out over $200. Thinking about filling complaint with both states attorneys general.
