Fantastic customer service!!! A super friendly and helpful team who are very knowledgeable and will help you choose the right equipment for your needs.
They've most recently helped me with some boxing shorts but I've also bought boxing boots, wraps, and a couple of other bits. Yasser has been a total Legend but the whole team is brilliant! I thoroughly recommend using the Minotaur Fight Store, I won't be going anywhere else, ever!

After ordering my boots I waited for them to come however unfortunately they were out of stock an era on the stores behalf but Beth from customer services was quick to help and offered either a full immediate refund or a free upgrade to a more expensive pair so after choosing the upgrade and the pair I wanted they had them shipped out first class to me. Amazing staff thankyou.

Great store, I had ordered some shorts for pickup- sadly there was a small delay. But the support really came trough and offered an alternative delivery method (to the Netherlands). Definitely recommend it, and with the great assortment of quality brands (such as tatami) I'll definitely drop by into the shop next time.

Been coming here since Covid as it’s my most local shop, very polite and informative with all questions asked and always get what you go in for. Good prices and huge variety of equipment for any martial art

I order some things everything came fast, one of the items was missing due to out of stock, but staff contacted me very fast, and we sorted out missing item. Waiting for it next day. Will definetly shop here next time, lots of love.

Great customer service and fast delivery.

I was looking into getting something for my husband and so I called for some explanations for their products and the staff were extremely helpful. They took their time and offered me options on what would be the best options. Husband was very happy with his products. Not everyday you get good customer service like this. Definitely will be using them again.

Ordered online, very easy website to navigate and use. Called the store for help regarding the sizing and the team was very helpful. Brilliant customer service. Will definitely be ordering again !

Amazing customer service, i called to get some explanations and usage instructions of a few of their products they had online, they had the time and patience to explain it all to me which is very hard to find these days I appreciate all the help! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I placed a large online order, which I cancelled within the hour as I found most items cheaper elsewhere. I had to chase for my refund three times and when they finally did give me my refund, they charged a 10% admin fee… Had placed another order which I also had to chase for three times. The delivery never came and they cancelled the order without any explanation as to why. They will ignore you if challenged about having to chase. Appealing customer service!! If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible!!!!

Shop claims free delivery and free returns, word for word from their website:

"For our customers in mainland UK (punch bags/heavy items are exceptions), we are pleased to provide FREE RETURNS."

Upon returning an item I was issued a partial refund with an information that there is a '£2 refund request charge'. So by definition you do NOT offer free returns, and falsely advertise that you do.

After some Slight issues on my original order , I have had nothing but a helpful experience from Beth she has really gone above and beyond to resolve the issue thanks a lot

I ordered two items. I paid for express delivery. Items didn’t arrive. Then it took days to get a refund. Was told my item was sat with dpd yet their website claims they use Royal Mail. They used a number of excuses and I didn’t believe any of them.

Very bad experience, already waiting 28 days for my order, still nothing come, send around 10 emails nobody ansver even 1 time, call there few times, 1st they said was warehouse problem, 2nd time that said they send gloves but DHL lost them 😂🤣, never get any tracking number and said they will send me new gloves by other delivery company and offer free hand wraps for free😂, today 10 days after still no orders and any tracking numbers, guys don't waste money and time to buy a thing from them

wouldn't recommend tbh very frustrating dealing with the customer service due to my product being late, and they were quite fickle about the refunds. just use another place

Ordered a jiujitsu belt on the 1st of June. Got an email on the 7th saying it's been dispatched. It's now the 13th and I still haven't received it. The order is marked as "Completed". Shipping states: "FREE Royal Mail Tracked Service – Delivery is in 2-3 days". However, I haven't received a tracking number so I don't know where the item is in transit, if a neighbour has it, or what. Sent a message to customer support. Let's see if I get a response. If not, I'll be raising a dispute via PayPal to get a refund. Regardless, I won't be ordering from them again.

LYING CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I’ve ordered a bjj Gi from their website but it did not get shipped for some time so i contacted support and they said that it would be shipped tommorow. 2 weeks later still no emails or messages regarding my purchase… Don’t know ever believe the “Fast and Secure” shipping advertisement on their website. I feel sketched out reading all the other reviews. My advice would be to stay away from this store there are tons of other trustable fight equipment stores in europe.
