Very bad shop would not recommend to anyone. Minotaur have scammed me out of pair of twins boxing gloves £120 and a pair of shin pads at £105 be very careful when ordering from these guys ! Dodgy company

What a brilliant experience and customer service from Javaan! Came looking for gloves that would fit my small hands and he gave us great advice and the option to test a few out. We felt like kids at Christmas!

I recently ordered a gi, but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I contacted the company, explained the issue, and returned the gi as it didn’t match the description on their website. While they did confirm the return promptly, they encouraged me to exchange the gi for something else. However, I only wanted a refund since it wasn’t what I ordered.

The refund process took a bit longer than expected—over three weeks—which I found disappointing. They explained the delay, saying they handle a high volume of returns daily, but I believe this could be improved.

Although I’ve finally received my refund, based on this experience, I personally wouldn’t order from them again. I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them.

Royal mail lost my parcel and minotaur fight store contacted me and sent me out a new parcel very quickly, special thanks to jevi for sorting it out for me

My order was sent out swiftly and Jevi in customer services was very helpful to me prior to ordering. Jevi deserves five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…..Sadly things went downhill from here.
The item I ordered was too big so I contacted customer services, via their refunds request procedure, and posted my item back via a Royal Mail trackable and chargeable postage label.
My item was received by Minotaur FS on 7/8/24, from there I heard nothing about my refund and emailed their Customer Services asking where my refund was only to be told ‘Didn’t you receive our Returns Department email’ … No I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be chasing them.
Two phone calls later, each time I was reassured the refund would be processed, still no refund and it is now 3/9/24.
I have had no option but to contact my credit card company and am now going through the ‘Chargeback’ process.
Very disappointed and as a result of this I will not be ordering from Minotaur FS again.

Super helpful !! Great service and friendly staff.
Ive got quite a long training and competing history but since having a break due to ‘life’ and then having chemo, I am now getting back into training and wanting a new kit for a fresh start.
I Came away with everything we needed and more. There was a big selection to choose from, which helped me to find exactly what I wanted.
The staff were really knowledgeable and answered my questions about other ranges being available or made by venum at all.
Will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you!

I needed my order to arrive quickly so paid for express postage and contacted them to explain the urgency - the order was dispatched within a couple of hours and arrived the next day. Great service from Adam at Minotaur fight store. I had trouble adding the delivery service on to my order and he got back to me straight away adding a free upgrade for express delivery. I’ve ordered from here before and the service and quality of products is by far the best of any fight store I’ve ordered from. Will definitely be ordering again.

I always visit the Aylebury store when in need of fighting goods. I have visited this shop since 2019 and 5 years later the service has always been good to the point I refuse to go anywhere else for Muay Thai gear.

Ordered 2 pairs of hand wraps on the 20th may with a delivery frame of 2-3 working days. Called up 7 days later to be told that my package would be here either on the 29th or 30th at the latest. Received email to be told that they have only just sent my package off to dpd. I’m going on holiday tomorrow so probably won’t end up seeing my package now until I’m back. Brilliant way to treat your customers ..

No doubt the best in the game, from bjj to mma they do the lot! Rashguards are 🔥 and really durable so will 100% be back for more myself!

Went in store and the staff were so welcoming! Could not ask for more knowledge staff to guide me on what to get suited for my martial art. Would 100% come back and will be returning very shortly

I've got to share my recent experience with Minotaur Fight Store. Overall, it was solid. I needed some new boxing gloves and hand wraps, so I gave them a shot online. Checkout was smooth, and they had a good selection.
The only downside was the delivery took a couple of days longer than expected. But hey, I'm in the USA, delays happen.
Other than that, everything was good. The gloves and wraps are quality stuff, and they look like they'll hold up well in training.

Great company to deal with, great communication, didn’t have the item I ordered in stock, so they emailed me and sorted it out quickly, will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
