I recently discovered that Mindscape had been charging my credit card twice every month — $30.95 and $14.59 — for an extended period of time. I had never used the service and was completely unaware that I had two recurring subscriptions totaling $45.54 per month for over a year.

When I contacted Mindscape, they canceled the subscriptions and "said" that they refunded only the two most recent charges. They told me that the subscription terms had been provided during onboarding and in a confirmation email. However, I searched my email and have no record of ever receiving the confirmation email they referenced, and I do not recall being informed that I was agreeing to two separate recurring charges.

I asked Mindscape to provide the confirmation email, enrollment details for both subscriptions, documentation showing the recurring pricing and billing frequency presented when I supposedly enrolled, and my account usage history. They have told me they are now reviewing my account to locate that information.

Rather than refunding the previous charges, they offered me 24 months of free access to a service I have never used and do not want. I declined.

I am currently waiting for Mindscape to provide documentation showing when and how I agreed to these two recurring subscriptions. I will update this review if and when they provide that information or resolve the remaining charges.

I strongly recommend checking your credit card statements carefully if you have ever interacted with this service.

This company needs to be shut down. They hide the fact you are inadvertently signing up for recurring charges.

I see the company is based in Cyprus. Cyprus is known as a hub for scammers and cheater companies to hide funds offshore. They are definitely running a scam. The app offers no services and the website has zero information. How apple and google allow them on their platform is beyond me

I haven’t even got the app and noticed payments have been coming out. No way to contact and no reply about cancelling something I never signed up to.

I honestly wouldn't give this app one star but I have to to write the review. I've got charges on my card for 3 months of use and I've never had anything to do with this app. So surprise! Now I've been charged $50 for the past three months! Just awful!

Scam. Once they have your credit card info via a trial offer they continue to charge your card and provide no way to cancel. When I complained they said my trial was over and if I wanted to continue to follow a link. I did not. Now I'm working with Amex to retrieve my funds going back to August 2024. Shame on me for not finding this earlier. Stay away

I have no idea when and how this app started charging me. I've tried to cancel and it keeps charging me over and over again. I've even cancelled the CC and it finds a way to hit my bank account. Beware this is impossible to cancel. IF you love giving your money away then this is for you.. Don't do it!!!

Absolute scam. Do not sign up. Take legal action if you have been scammed.

I am still being charged by this company and I don’t understand why. I can not even find any account emails nothing but money coming out every month. I even have a new bank account card! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PPL how do you sleep at night.

Agree with most reviews that it is difficult to cancel and I have ended up paying a lot via the subscription which is not worth it!

Utter scam. Charged over 6 months for an app never signed up for. Have emailed and awaiting hundreds of $$$$ back for unapproved charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

1 star because I could not give you 0! I’m a recently struggling widow and am finally able to really check on things. How God-Aweful of you to have taken so much money from my account. I have reached out to you and asked that you cancel this subscription, now you’re not able to find my email address, I’m going to get an attorney!!!!!!

It is a scam. I never subscribed and they took money from my account. I never accessed the app

Total scam! I’ve been done like everyone else here. Charged multiple times for an app I didn’t sign up for.

A proper scam, cancelled within the trial period and they carried on charging monthly for a subscription I have never signed up for. No records of transactions on the platform. No emails with subscription details. This need to be reported to authorities.

I was charged multiple times by MindscapeApp.io / StellarTech Limited without realizing I had even subscribed. The company enrolled me in two auto-renewing subscriptions — one for $30.95 and another for $14.59 — using what appears to be a deceptive payment flow.

There was no clear option to opt out or cancel during sign-up, and I never knowingly agreed to ongoing charges. Only after disputing the charges did they admit these plans were active and blamed it on me not clicking a “continue without offer” button.

This is not transparent or ethical. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank, fraud investigators, and consumer protection authorities in Cyprus. I urge others to check your statements and avoid this platform.
