Because basically I can’t fault Mindful Chef for quality, cost or delivery. And their great vegan range.

On my second box with the company the item was left outside and stolen (obviously this wasn't the company's fault). I then asked to have it refunded; instead, they sent off a second box which filled with items that I didn't order! So, no refund, only a box filled with items I wouldn't eat. A complete waste of money. Shame, as the food itself is really good!

First delivery received had a very short shelf life. I had 4 meal plans delivered, but the use by date of the meat expired on day 3 therefore the last meal was out of date.
Second delivery, again vegetables were not very fresh but the meat was in date!
Third delivery, just arrived so will let you know!

I ordered three emails from MindfulChef as a brand-new customer. I paid over £40, and when the food arrived, the meat was outside of the cool packaging, it was supposed to be in. I contacted MindfulChef, who told me they would refund the order, but only refunded £14.
I was advised by the company not to eat the food, so I’ve potentially paid £30 to put food in the bin.

Every single dish is amazing. One ruined box was quickly compensated for and it takes the pressure out of having to decide what’s for dinner every night.
As a neurodivergent person this calms some of my overwhelm.
Recently I have started to notice the use of seed oils in products which is now making me doubt what I am purchasing. It was great to feel I was eating healthy and doing so for my family but now with the inflammation in my own body I may have to switch up how this goes for me.

I get this as a monthly treat, to try something different and get new ideas

Delicious choice of recipes, nutrition info all there and easy to follow and the app is so simple to use. Would highly recommend MC and their customer team, who are efficient polite and easy to reach out to. We’ve been a customer for a number of yrs now (vegan recipes). Occasional issues with fresh produce quality but this gets resolved quickly and credit added to our account. This hasn’t happened for a little while now but wanted to be honest. Get on board it make life so much easier and you won’t regret. The portion sizes are excellent!!! Look forward to meal times so much more and with a busy lifestyle it takes away that annoying oh what’s for tea convo!

The product is good quality and tastes so good. It’s easy to order and deliveries is spot on. It takes having to think what you’re having for dinner when you can just cook these .

I started ordering Mindful Chef because I was having a lot of trouble with the organisation/planning aspect of cooking and thought it would be a good way to get back into it.

While a little on the pricier side, I have no complaints about Mindful Chef. The boxes offer high quality goods and the customer service is second to none. There's plenty of choice and a rotating menu every week. Genuinely great service, highly recommend.

I have tried a lot of recipe delivery services and Mindful Chef is an absolute stand out.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent — everything arrives fresh, well-packed, and feels premium and as the name suggests, mindful. The recipes are simple to follow but still feel elevated and restaurant-quality, which makes cooking at home much more enjoyable.

The recipe cards are clear, easy to read, and make the whole process stress-free. Every meal has been delicious without spending hours in the kitchen.

Also perfect if you have intolerances which can be select as a preference so no worries about anything arriving that is a no go!!

I have coeliac disease and with Mindful Chef I don’t have to worry about checking the recipe ingredients. There is so much choice and the meals are really tasty. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

These are delicious meals and easy to follow recipes. No food waste at all and no helping yourself to seconds.
Less packaging would be more David Attenborough though.
