everything went wrong.
Delays, communication, refunding.
No phone number, the only way to obtain support is via your email --- even so, it took 1 month to obtain refunding and I still waiting for $100 for 2 items I never received in 4 month... You only refunded the bed, but there was 2 other items on the order that still need to be refunded.

Best floor bed
This floor bed was the best choice for our little one! He never got used to the crib and we were co sleeping, now he feels safe and confortable to sleep on his big boy bed! :)
It was easy to assemble following the instructions. We left the mattress open for 48 hours before using it!
The delivery was super fast too.
Awesome experience!!

We’re absolutely delighted to hear that the floor bed has been the perfect choice for your little one and that he now feels safe and comfortable in his “big boy bed.” It means a lot to us to be part of such an important transition for your family.
We’re also glad to know that the assembly was straightforward, the mattress setup went smoothly, and that your delivery arrived quickly. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Thank you again for your kind words and support—enjoy every moment in the new bed!
The bed is very good overall
The bed is very good overall. Our baby loves it! The large size allows her to play well in the bed and we can put toys in there as well. The only minor thing we've noticed is that the door doesn't perfectly align when closing the door. That can probably be fixed with some adjustments though

We’re really happy to hear that your baby loves the bed and that the larger size gives her plenty of space to play and enjoy her toys as well—that’s exactly what we hope for!
We also appreciate you pointing out the issue with the door alignment. While it’s great to hear it may be adjustable, we’ve shared your comment with our team so they can look into possible improvements to the design.
Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to share your experience—it truly means a lot to us!
Good quality and super cute!
Great product and customer service! I got the Little Dreamer floor bed.
I was really hesitant to buy it at first because of some of the negative reviews I saw about shipping but I’m glad I did! Shipping was super fast, I got it I think 4 days after I placed the order! Building it took about 2 hours. The instructions were pretty clear. Overall very happy with the quality. It is exactly as described on the site and it is still really cute in person! I use it to co-sleep with my baby now and I see it will be good for a transition bed when he’s sleeping on his own too. The high rails are great to keep babies safe so they can’t climb over. Like a giant crib

The mattress arrived within 3 days and bedframe 9 days. Easy to put together with 2 people. Bed is sturdy, the rail a little wobbly on the gate side if gate is open but nothing dangerous unless you child literally climbs the rail. Good customer service for following up on the order.

Stands behind their products!
I ordered the Little Dreamer Bed combo that also came with the mattress and received both very quickly! The mattress looked like it had some dirt or oil on it (there was a rip it the bag that looked like it hit or dragged on something). I contacted the company and it took a few days to receive a response. However, once I did receive the response they were quick to solve my problem and ship me a new mattress free of charge and I didn't even need to send the old mattress back.
I cannot wait for my baby to sleep in and enjoy the floor bed.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Received the bed opened and damaged and it has taken 2+ weeks and still no replacement order has been shipped. Just been getting the run around
4/22/26
Finally received the replacement bed and the quality is decent for a toddler bed. However, I am still dealing with their customer service team on a refund. Sometimes they reply within 48 hours, sometimes it’s over 2 weeks and now it’s been nearly 2 months and I keep getting told that my case is being reviewed by their internal team..

Had problems and they made it right.
Fast processing and shipping.
I wouldn't say its worth $700, its made of weak press wood.
The reviews on the website are very misleading.
Also came in with broken taped box. A few pieces had scratches and dents. They did offer options to fix the problem. Which was very appreciated.

We really like our bed/ missing part of order
We really like our bed. It was easy to put together and durable. However the educational posters were missing from my order. They were listed on the packing slip but not included.

Can't Replace Missing Bolt
Editing to update: after this review someone from Mimibeds did reach out, they explained that due to manufacturing there can be delays in delivery of replacement parts.
I am happy to say that we have finally received the missing bolt (actually got 9 of them, so if anyone else needs one let me know to avoid the 2 month manufacturing delays)!
The company also offered us a $50 refund which we accepted and received promptly.
The bed has been fully assembled, the gate latch is a little flimsy and our little one has been able to unlatch the top latch, but not the bottom one, so will be reinforcing it moving forward. Overall happy with our purchase and experience.
Original comment:
The bed arrived relatively promptly. The mattress came first, a couple weeks later the bed frame arrived. When I found that a bolt was missing we emailed this "proud Canadian company" and it has been 3 weeks of them "working on it". If this is truly a Canadian company you'd think they could just go to the warehouse and send me a bolt so I can build the bed. So disappointed and frustrated. Save your money and support someone who is actually making things in Canada if you can.

Little Dreamer Bed
Delivery was problematic because our order came at 3 different times and not on schedule, but customer service at Mimi Beds helped resolve it. My granddaughter loves the Little Dreamer floor bed though. It’s been great for co-sleeping and supporting her growing independence. It seems to be made with high quality materials and came with clear instructions and everything needed for assembly. We recommend it!

Okey/good experience overall
Okey/good experience overall. Good customer service, quick response. The bed looks nice visually but had a bit of a strong smell of paint or something. It took about 3 days to air out the room. There were a few spots where the paint was missing or patching but it’s was not super noticeable after we’ve assembled it fully. Also the wood was cracking a bit when we were tightening the bolts but we might have put touch force.
Overall there were some flaws but the assembled construction seems sturdy and visually pleasing plus our daughter loved it.
