The delivery service and quality of the bed are poor.
The delivery service was poor. It took longer than the estimated delivery time, and for several days, we could not get any updates about the location or status of our shipment.
The bed is also not as sturdy as advertised. The railings are very wobbly, especially when my son shakes or pulls on them, which is concerning. The gate mechanism is not user-friendly either, as the gate does not open or close easily.
The assembly process was also more difficult than advertised, and some of the pieces did not fit together properly. Overall, considering the price, I am disappointed with the quality of the bed.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the bed and it came over three months past the original delivery date with absolutely no communication whatsoever. I decided to purchase a floor bed from Wayfair which is SIGNIFICANTLY better quality and I wanted to return the Mimi bed when it finally arrived.
I have the bed and mattress sitting outside unopened waiting for pickup for my refund and the courier hired by Mimi beds hasn’t arrived as scheduled on three separate occasions. I asked for my refund as I shouldn’t be held financially liable for their poor service and I get zero response from the company other than them continuing to schedule pickups that never follow through. I will be contacting my credit card and disputing the charge. Save yourself the headache and purchase through another company like Wayfair who not only responds but the quality is significantly better AND if you need a refund they are excellent with their clients.
Mimi beds is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this experience has caused, especially regarding the multiple missed pickup attempts for your return. Having your items waiting outside for collection without courier follow-through is completely unacceptable, and we understand why you are disappointed.
Our support team is actively monitoring your case to ensure the courier carries out this pickup as scheduled so your refund can be processed as quickly as possible. A dedicated team member will be reaching out directly via email with the latest status update.
Thank you for your patience while we get this resolved for you.

We’re really happy with our Mimi Bed
We’re really happy with our Mimi Bed! The quality is great - it feels sturdy, well made, and looks beautiful in our son’s room.
We got it as an upgrade to his toddler bed, and he was so excited to have a more grown-up space of his own. He’s been enjoying his new bed and spending more time in his room, which has made the change really special for us as parents.
The bed is both functional and beautiful, and we’ve been very happy. I would definitely recommend Mimi Beds to other parents looking for a quality bed for their little one.

Perfect bed for the crib-resistant baby
Ordering from Mimibeds was super easy and their customer support staff was great. Delivery of the bed and mattress was within 72H of ordering and after a small mixup on the mattress size, the staff re-sent the correct mattress after responding to my enquiry within an hour of my initial email.
The products themselves are top quality and I’m excited to watch my little one grow in her new floor bed!
