Millbry Hill Anmeldelser

Easy to order, competitive price & quick delivery. Item very well packaged

First time buying, the jacket was sold out everywhere only here my size was available! Sent very fast and received within a few days ! Thank you!

Even though the item didn’t fit the service was quick and return dealt without issue. Thanks Millbry I will be a returning customer once I get the size right! 😊

Wel what can I say from ordering my item to delivery the service was exceptional. They kept me updated with the progress . Will highly recommend using this company again

trouble-free transaction- 10 out of ten--fair play

My horse only eats Readigrass (rather than other substitutes) and it was unavailable in local feed stores. I ordered online and received the order very promptly with only minimal delivery charges. Thank you very much. You made an old horse (31) very happy.

Great store finds….affordable and delivery very fast

Excellent service, delivered even sooner than advertised
Extremely happy

Easy ordering and product arrived very quickly and was exactly what I needed. Very happy.

Very friendly and helpful service !

1 star is too much. Their customer service has been non existent and I’m shocked and perplexed as to why this is the second time I’ve been asked to leave a review when my order still hasn’t arrived! The amount of time I’ve wasted waiting in for this delivery for it not to show up. Evri have stated they cannot locate the parcel. I then contacted Millbry a couple of days later as they failed to even get in touch and asked a replacement be sent out next day and they didn’t even respond. It took me then to have to message their Facebook page, no response on their either, for them to send me an email telling me I have to wait 10 days for my parcel to be classed as ‘missing’, they have no more stock left and to hope my parcel miraculously appears! No apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. Any other trustworthy company would have (and in the past have) sent a replacement with Royal Mail next day. It’s been absolutely appalling and I will not be using them at all in the future. Take your money and that’s it. I strongly suggest they use a more reliable delivery company.

Excellent website excellent service and excellent quality.

Good value, good product, swift delivery, very efficient

Super quick delivery even though I paid for standard Del. Regular updates on the shipping process. Easy to use website and a good quality rug for a great price. First time using Millbry Hill but will definitely purchase again.

Great range of all animal feeds Pleasant helpful staff

I placed an order for chick biscuit feed. I paid then realised I wanted to order pellet (for their next stage). I contacted MH and they were most helpful & arranged a call to up my order. I happily paid and all feed arrived with prompt service & usual advanced notifications. We annually allow wild mallard to nest on our pond and feed the brood to fly off in the summer so it's an annual event but not an all year requirement. I've used MH for a few years and never been disappointed. Thank you MH.

Friendly and super helpful staff. Plenty of choice and great quality products. Love the reward scheme 👍

Ordered without any problems online, received products very quickly and the quantity of what I ordered was superb. Excellent quality and professional service, I would not hesitate to order from them again.
