First time buying time20 for my greyhounds - really impressed as they have ‘delicate’ stomachs and this hasn’t irritated them. Love the small sizes of the kibble too. Would recommend

Excellent staff

The staff are always, without exception, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Won’t exchange my brand new unworn…

Won’t exchange my brand new unworn perfect condition £400 dubarrys in original box because I put selotape on box and they class as damage. Disgusting

I contacted dubarry about this directly and they were shocked and encouraged me to reach out to the company again urging for them to reconsider since it’s ridiculous, they will not

Unfortunately, our returns policy clearly states that items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, with no damage to either the product or its packaging. It also specifically advises that nothing, including delivery labels, should be attached to shoe boxes or product packaging, as this will invalidate the return.

Whilst we appreciate that the Dubarry boots themselves may be brand new, unworn and in perfect condition, the original shoe box is considered part of the product packaging. Applying Sellotape to the box means that the packaging has not been returned in its original condition, and therefore the return does not meet the requirements of our policy.

We understand your disappointment, particularly given the value of the boots, but we must apply our returns policy consistently to all customers.

Received incorrect product which was not new as had dirt on it with no tags sent back as requested tracked parcel has somehow got lost sender has not been very helpful just willing me to lose money and this coat was not cheap

We’re sorry to hear that your return parcel has gone missing. To clarify, the coat supplied was brand new, although we acknowledge that it was not the style originally ordered. We advised using our online returns portal, which provides a tracked and insured service, so we could process the return and arrange the exchange once the item had arrived back at our warehouse.

As an alternative shipping method was used, the parcel was not covered by our shipping arrangements. We therefore recommended contacting the courier directly to investigate the missing parcel and discuss the possibility of making a claim.

We understand how frustrating this situation must be and are sorry that the matter remains unresolved. We hope you’re able to reach a resolution with the courier.

Millbry Hill a fantastic shop

Millbry Hill a fantastic shop! It’s well stocked clean and tidy ! A wonderful selection of everything. The staff are pleasant and very welcoming, all in all brilliant 🤩 it’s now my favourite shop.

Helpful staff

Helpful staff , great selection in the clothing section . I wanted a heavyweight rug , which is not in stock yet , but a member of staff looked on the system and said it will be in soon .

Perfectly fit for purpose.

Perfect just what we needed at price i was looking for. Always helpful in store , item had just arrived and they grabbed it straight off delivery for my daughter 😊.
