The wheels are beautiful worth the wait
The wheels are beautiful and well worth the wait… I had some issues with customs paper work which was rectified by Milk. However it was very frustrating due to shipping delay… shipping took a month longer than expected with out an update regarding the issue… after it is all said and done I know this is a very small company and I understand that they are doing their best to keep up in a niche market. The final product is fantastic and overall well worth the wait.
I suggest a YouTube video on installation the QR code provided did not have a video for the wheels or kickstand from what I remember… it’s pretty straightforward but would be helpful for others in the future I’m sure…

Ich hatte Anfangs meine Probleme Mit den Distanz Stücken vom vorderrad, wo ich dann herausgefunden habe das ich diese "einschlagen/pressen" muss war das auch schnell erledigt.
Ich bin den 21"/18" radsatz jetzt knapp 200km gefahren, und die Räder laufen top. Das einzige was mich ziemlich stört ist diese HÄSSLICHE (M8 oder M10) schraube (mehr oder weniger gegenüber liegend vom Wucht Gewicht). Diese soll wohl wie ich mittlerweile erfahren habe eine Rolle Beim auswuchten spielen, das hätte man aber 100pro auch anders machen können. Bei andern Herstellern sind die Räder auch gewuchtet und haben nicht so eine Hässliche schraube mitten in der felge.

The M8 screw is for the rim lock. It has the important function of preventing the tire from slipping on the rim and protecting the inner valve from damage. We understand that the design is not appealing to everyone, but the safety and function of our products are our top priority, and it’s a very recommended upgrade for the off-road wheels.

Die M8 -Schraube gilt für das Felgenschloss. Es hat die wichtige Funktion, zu verhindern, dass der Reifen auf den Rand rutscht und das innere Ventil vor Schäden schützt. Wir verstehen, dass das Design nicht für alle anspricht, aber die Sicherheit und Funktion unserer Produkte haben unsere oberste Priorität und es ist ein sehr empfohlenes Upgrade für die Offroad-Räder.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, They had issues With the payment and didnt shipped my Order till the Money was on their Account. First they said i had to Pay again but i said no because the Money got Away From my Bank without problems. Customer Support told me That they will Start proceeding my Order if i send a Proof of payment. I did, but they waited any way Till they had the Money. That Took 3 Weeks. Told them to change something in the Order, they Said its no Problem but i Must Take a peg Spacer because they dont refund Money. Order Came without the change That i wanted. Product Quality is ok.
The Answer they gave here is simply a LIE. Thats NOT TRUE. I did never recieved that E-Mail or the right Product.

Firstly, we genuinely appreciate your constructive feedback. Your thoughts are incredibly valuable to us, and we are committed to thoroughly addressing your concerns.
Payment method you choose necessitates a period of 5 to 14 days for the funds to reflect in our account, as advised by our bank. Typically, we would wait for the transaction to fully process before initiating your order. However, in an effort to expedite matters for you, we requested a confirmation of your payment. This confirmation allowed us to begin processing your order, placed on April 9th, as early as April 13th when you forwarded the confirmation.
We didn’t actually receive the funds until April 21st, which means this approach effectively reduced the waiting period by seven days. We sincerely hoped that this would enhance your experience, and it’s unfortunate that it may have been perceived otherwise.
Processing an order took longer than we expected due to unexpected delays. We met an issue with our supply chain, which is why we were unable to proceed on time. Soon after we know about delay, we offered a 20% discount for your next order.
Addressing your order changes, we must clarify that as per our standard policies, we are unable to modify colors or process refunds once an order is placed. This is because our wheels are meticulously handcrafted in-house, requiring us to meticulously plan our inventory. Refund would not cover all processing costs and time we had to sacrifice.
However, understanding your predicament, we made a one-time exception for you. This, unfortunately, is why a refund wasn’t feasible, but we were able to offer a Peg Spacer instead.
Lastly, concerning the discrepancy in your order where you received black spokes instead of silver. We would like to express our sincerest apologies for the mistake in the products sent to you. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this could have caused you inconvenience.
We are taking steps to ensure that such an error does not occur in the future. As previously communicated via email, we will arrange to collect the incorrect wheel from you and promptly dispatch a replacement with the correct silver spokes. We have already started processing new wheel which will be shipped soon.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We genuinely appreciate your business and are committed to delivering an improved experience for you in the future.

Do not buy!
Took OVER 2months from order date to receive. customer service from Alexa is non existent and won't listen to anything I said. No explanation on why it took so long or any apologies for it. Would never buy or reccomend to anyone and will make an effort to sway them away from milk racing products.
