I bought 21/18 wheels. The wheels are great. The bike looks much more massive and taller. Top quality for me. They could produce them faster, but good things have to wait. I am posting a comparison of the wheel width with the series tire. Weight difference:
Serial wheel with CST tire = 5.7kg
Milkracing wheel with Shinko 241 tire 3.5 = 9.3kg.

It's worth the wait
A long story short, i ordered the wheels at the end of January and thee arrived last week. There were probably some issues at fabrication with materials or something. It sucked but it was out of their hands.
Besides the very long wait, the product is superb! The quality of the materials used, the finish, the paint quality, the tires used ... it simply is a high end product worth the money.
In the end i can only recommend Milk Racing, it IS worth the wait.

Ne commandez jamais la bas! Pire expérience d'achat ever! J'ai commandé début avril un set de roue sur mesure pour un e-bike show cette semaine. Il est déjà mentionné sur le site que c'est sur mesure donc 2 semaines de conception + 2 semaines de shipping, avec les dates estimé j'avais encore un jeux d'une semaine pour les recevoir donc je fais ma commande. Le 8 mai, soit le lendemain que je suis sensé recevoir mon colis ( leur site a un système automatisé qui estime le temps pour chacune des étapes du processus), je reçois un message de leur part pour me dire qu'il leur est impossible de me livrer ma commande. C'est la que les problèmes commencent. C'est eux qui m'écrivent 1 mois plus tard pour me dire qu'ils ne peuvent pas faire ma commande, lorsque je demande un remboursement puisque même si je choisi un autre modèle, je manque mon bike show donc je n'ai plus besoin de ces roues, on s'obstine avec moi et on refuse de me rembourser ??? Ils ne sont pas capable de construire mes roues mais ne veulent pas non plus me rembourser ?? J'appelle cela un scam
EDIT: 04 JUILLET 2024: J'avais décidé de donner une 2e chance à Milk Racing suite au dénouement de la situation, croyez le ou non en ce 04 juillet 2024 je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. À la place on m'envoie un courriel pour me dire qu'il y aura des délais additionnel pour la coloration, ils offrent des couleurs qu'ils ne sont même pas capable de faire ! Leurs atelier ne fait presque rien eux même ils donnent tout en sous traitance ce qui explique les délais interminable. Concentrez vous sur les roues déjà prête, vous n'avez pas la hauteur d'offrir du hand made.

We didn’t mean to harass you in any way. A few weeks ago, we already turned off anodizing colors from the offer for most of the sizes due to the lack of quality after the process, which led to delays. You were one of last customers to have an anodizing color in that particular size.
We did our best processing your rims a few times to get the best effect, but we received the rims from the last anodizing process today, and the team is ready for assembly, but the quality is not something we wish to offer (the red color does not match the hub perfectly, stains, visible welding point). I am informing you now before the deadline (19th of July),
If you don’t want to change to powder coating/dual/candy color or black, we will refund you the full amount.
Additionally, whatever your decision will be, I will send you a spare tire for the 16” wheel you already have from us free of charge or two tires (16” + 17” if you opt-in for a different color) as a gesture of commitment to my clients.
I am very sorry for all the inconvenience and trouble.

Great Experience!
Overall had an excellent experience purchasing parts through Milk Racing. They were extremely fast with their responses, offered live tracking data and notified me whenever my order was being processed. The product in which I purchased was a total of 36 spokes in order to build up a 16”. Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied to see that they had included an additional spoke with my order as a spare! I absolutely love the little things like that, and moreso than a sticker. Talaria sting mx4 16",19" wheels/ tires
The wheels and tires look awesome! Installation was easy and they provide instructions on their website if needed. I've done 3 rides with them so far and it's a much better ride then stock, and more grip. Communication was very good, but expect a long wait before delivery if your in Canada. Overall very happy with the product and service.

What a customer support nightmare
What a customer support nightmare. I ordered a seat drop kit and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived 8wks later (not 2wks). I only got automated emails of the delays. No phone number available to call. They only allow email communication. When I finally got the seat drop, it didn’t fit the bike. Customer technical phone support? None. Had to send an email, and have been getting response, “our technical customer support person is on sick leave”… Time to return this! We will see how THAT goes….

Customer service is TERRIBLE
Customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been contacting them for over a week regarding my order (which is a week late with no updates) they send me an email stating the order is delayed. I paid for the expedited shipping to have the order before a trip to no avail. I like their products but, for the horrible customer service I'll be taking my business to Warp9 in the future, even if it is a bit more expensive. At least I'll have my orders delivered on time and they are responsive to inquiries.

I recently got the 16” supermotos…
I recently got the 16” supermotos (ultra wide) for my talaria sting r and I absolutely love the look and feel of them on the road. The rims and hubs have a really nice mass and are machined very well. The heave gauge spokes are also a great add for the cost. If you have stock forks you have to run a 80/80 profile tire which they do not put on the wider rims, which I got with out checking the clearance for that tire (my fault). I ended up having to get a 80/80 tire put on the 2.5” front rim (no problem). it now fits and works great. No problems with alignment or clearance.

Had a good experience with my order, build time was under the quoted time frame and I had my 16” wheel at my doorstep in the US in 3 weeks! Build quality is excellent however my wheel arrived out of true and was contacting my drivetrain on about half the tires circumference. I had to dish/offset it but I’ll likely need to bring it to a shop to get it straightened out on a proper stand.

However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the wheel alignment issue.
Please note that on our website, you can choose either “NO TIRE” or “NO TIRE + dish/offset” options. You chose “NO TIRE”, so the wheel was not dished. Also, we add a spoke key to each wheel so you can true the spokes on the wheel adequately to your tire size and needs.
