Terrible customer service terrible delivery service. The products also seem to be the ones they need to get rid of. Had groceries delivered in 37°c requested they know so I know they're there. 40 weeks pregnant with COVID. Checked outside numerous times. After waiting 2 hours checked the app to contact them. They left my shopping at the end of the patio behind a chair 90 minutes ago behind a chair. Contacted customer service to complain and find out if meat and dairy is safe to consume. They quoted the leave at door policy multiple times saying I should have used pin in the app or tracked it. I repeated over and over again that my complaint is that it wasn't left at the door. Kept quoting leave at door policy. Asked for escalation process. Suddenly she was a supervisor and there was no further process. Asked for external escalation process. She refused to give it to me saying she can't advise outside of milkrun

Delivery came with only half our order and we got someone else’s order. Not surprising as there was no labels on the boxes so how would the driver who couldn’t speak English know that it wasn’t my order.

Then when I called they couldn’t locate the order so I got a refund after an hour of back and forth and having to take photos of their order

Not impressed. Total waste of time and has to order again from someone else

Disgraceful. Be warned and DO NOT use Milk Run.

After more than THREE HOURS my order is nowhere to be seen, even though they told me it would be fast.

Instead, the delivery ETA on the App just kept getting pushed back further and further and further. It's all BS.

All I wanted from them was two 6-packs of beer to offer to friends who were sitting in my backyard. This is therefore a very basic and un-complicated order.

But I was still kept waiting HOURS.

So you phone them for assistance and they say "the wait time is four minutes" but even that is BS - you wait MUCH LONGER than four minutes.

In fact, after waiting on-hold for 20 minutes, a recorded voice said, "leave a voicemail as our staff can't get to you". Do not use Milk Run.

Waited an hour an a half for a place 5 mins down the road. Customer service were no help don’t waste your time

I’ve tried to order a cooked chicken but your site says none available. I just rang Woolworths Nundah who told me they had 12 in the oven and have had since 10am

The customer service rep Chris that i had on milkrun didn’t refund my fruit that was rotten. horrible service, not using milkrun anymore.

Absolute waste of time and app space., the customer service is the worst I have ever come across.. incorrect items and a waste of time trying to contact them about anything.. will never use them again.

Very bad experience. I really wish that Jimmy Brings and Milkrun didnt become one.
I had the worst experience where my order showed it was cancelled. I was really frustrated after i saw the cancellation message and went to buy another bottle of liquor. Next minute the order that was cancelled and i got charged for arrived at my door and i over spent on another bottle of liquor which I hadn't budget for. I have asked for a refund providing proof of the cancellation but they refused to take responsibility and they blamed me instead. I am asking for a refund of the bottle of liquor that the cancellation message was for . I am also providing evidence

Can’t explain how disgusted I am with milk run they are just such a rip off. Not only is everything on the website like $10 more than it is in woolworths store but they change the price of items after you’ve ordered! Making you pay more and their website is horrible slow laggy and when I informed them that I added the 30 pack of Coca Cola into my cart which somehow got changed into the 24 pack for double the price I was not believed could not get the product I wanted or my money back. Not to mention they have delivered my stuff to the wrong address numerous times save yourself the trouble and money and just order your items threw the actual woolworths website I will never be using milk run again.

Don’t use this service. Prices are not as in store but $1-2$ higher. Hardly smart choice. Pity they had a good thing now trust issues and fees will mean their demise. Spread the word .

The worst grocery delivery service ever. Checked the box no substitute, grocery picker added substitute. And the worst part is Jett argues, providing his on ownPOV for substitution.Customer Service is slacky they hardly replies.

I am going to leave this review on TrustPilot, just giving you an heads up. I hope Woolies shut down this service.

I find it stupid that we have to spend minimum of $25 even though we pay a delivery fee it shouldnt matter how much we spend as we are paying for delivery anyways

Great delivery experience. Way better than Uber. However, they are dishonest as the hide fees by marking up the items instead of just charging a higher delivery or platform fee. This degrades consumer trust a lot.

Placed an order at 3pm and watched the store pack the items. Driver allocated, who i watched drive around werribee obviously doing deliveries. at 4pm I rang the Milk run telephone number and spoke with a representative, and I will now get my order by 4.45pm First and last time.

To start with we were given Black grapes when we ordered Blueberry.
There is a big difference between the two. They are not the substitute for each other.
When we complained by email we didn't got satisfactory reply.

We will have to think using Milk Run Services again.

Zero stars I ordered $70.00 worth of groceries but only received a roast chicken. Wait on the phone for 30 minutes. Will never order from them again and not recommend it to others.

My food has already taken 1 hour and it's still not here. I'm very disappointed.

Item not received, complained via chat bot, still waiting for credit .... definitely won't be using again and will not be recommending to my family and friends

How is a driver not delivering my groceries my fault
No delivery
No Refund for 1-3 days
No Groceries
Seriously this was the 10th delivery to the same address and suddenly I can't be found and groceries returned to store
I have to wait for the refund
and also PLACE the order and PAY for it again

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been using Milkrun for 10 months. Customer service was great at the start and they were helpful when things went wrong, giving vouchers to use for future purchases due to the inconvenience caused (short dated cream cheese I needed to make a meal the night I made the order). Over time things have gotten terrible. I ordered groceries one night because it was raining and I was short on time. Groceries never arrived and the photo of the doorstep wasn't mine. I messaged Milkrun and after going searching for the groceries as they suggested (in the rain), they finally agreed to resend them. I was glued to the screen to make sure the delivery vehicle didn't make a wrong turn. No offer of a voucher to make up for the massive inconvenience to my evening. Then today, groceries are delivered and there's a badly dented can of tomato sauce. They offer me a refund. How useless is that? I needed the sauce for dinner. When I complained they said all they could do was give me a refund (this was after engaging with a chat bot and receiving what was obviously some kind of chat gbt email). I feel like ten months ago they were trying really hard and now they just don't give a toss. Have uninstalled the app from my phone and will never use again. Constant problems and more trouble than it's worth. Terrible customer service.
