Do not buy. They cannot exchange and make us story about warehouse construction. It’s fraud. Awful material and did not fit. Lied, didn’t respond, fraud. They should say no returns or be put out of business

I wouldn’t even give this company a star but had t in order to leave this warning. This company is a FRAUD! Ordered a couple pairs and they were not the right size. I immediately requested a refund, was offered an exchange which I declined. Jessica Puntro with this company replied that a FULL REFUND would be reflected in my account 7-10 business days. That was back in November 15, 2025. Still no refund Dec. 21. She stated Dec. 4th she was going to look into this matter immediately! 7 emails from me after this have gone unanswered! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEIR WEBSITE IS A FRAUD! Buyer beware!

You might as well take your cash and light it on fire instead. The product is laughably terrible and NOT at all what is advertised. And returns?? Yeah, good luck with that. They just don't ever respond so you have NO recourse. DO NOT BUY.

The product I received was nothing like it was described. The color was wrong the sizing was wrong the material was horrible. That said when i wanted to return it they politely said that they were sorry for the dissatisfaction but that I could get a complete refund. IT would take up to 10 business days to go through That was the last I heard from them!!! I have contacted them four times since with no response. It has been more that a month, STAY AWAY

A continuation of horrible quality/customer service… I received a package and the jeans are horrible qty and would fit a small child. I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering these jeans. I can’t provide a product review since I never received them. After sending multiple emails to customer support, I received no response.

The tracking information shows the package was delivered on the 10th, but I didn’t receive anything, and my ring doorbell confirms that there were no deliveries. This feels like a total scam.

After seeing the reviews, I truly regret my purchase. Buyer beware!

I agree with other reviewers that this product is absolute crap - it would actually be Halloween costume hilarious (the button and pockets are printed on whatever material that purports to be, looking like a bad project of someone mistakenly admitted to fashion design school). After waiting a month to get the product, which promises easy returns for store credit, or credit back to method of payment minus the shipping fee, I have not had a response to my emails after 4 days of trying. Not even an automated response.

Would give a negative number if I could. Sizing is very small, no response on trying to exchange for larger size or return. Would not respond to multiple emails and the phone number associated with the account is disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

WHAT A JOKE, I ordered two pairs cheap fabric, wrong size everything about this company is SCAM will not respond to your emails to return, does not have a working phone number

I ordered 2 pair of the “sweatpant jeans”. They were very ill-fitting and the material was NOT like sweatpants. It was not soft at all. It felt like thick, plastic-y rayon. The seams where the material was serged together were stiff and scratchy. The jean “print” on the
plastic-y rayon material was not well done at all. The pockets gapped open and since the “print” was not inside the pocket, it was just a gaping white area on the hips. In short, they were hideous. Please do not buy from this company not matter what you see on the internet.

The absolute worst “company”! Bought two Sweatpant jeans. One might have been that, though really crappy, the other wasn’t at all! Ask to return for refund and when then finally responded they said no problem. Waited longer than the expected time and still no refund! Emailed many many times and got one more response saying that the order was refunded but it never was. Now they don’t answer back at all! Crap product, even crappier service!

I wished I had read the reviews here before purchasing from this website.
Late October I decided to buy some sweatpant jeans from this company. They claim to be soft, comfortable and look like real jeans.
I was extremely disappointed when they arrived early November. First, when I opened my package they smelled awful. It smelled like burning plastic and fish. The "jeans" look nothing like the pictures. One pair was cheap, raspy canvas material and another was costume polyester with badly printed on "jean" details.
I immediately contacted the company about a return. They replied a day later, saying they can't do physical returns but would gladly give me a refund. They said I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. That was November 4th, I still haven't received my refund. I emailed them back a few times asking for an update on my refund and they haven't responded.
At this point I have put in a claim with my bank to see if I can get my money back.

I would give zero stars if it was available. The product is trash, and the company does not respond to communication. Totally scammed by them. TERRIBLE!

Also wish I could rate a zero. Jean sweatpants not as described and sizes run very small. I have reached out multiple times over the past month in regards to a return and refund. Zero response.

I ordered from this company and received my order after multiple weeks of waiting and the shipping info never updating. The sizes did not fit so I attempted to initiate a return. There were no return instructions and multiple attempts to contact the company to initiate a return went unanswered. So now I’m stuck with items that don’t fit. I would not order from this company.

ZERO stars isn't an option so I'm forced to pick 1 star. Took over 3 weeks to receive this disaster. The "sweatpant" jeans are laughable - I literally laughed when I removed them from the package. The material wouldn't even be qualified to clean dog pee off the carpet as I wouldn't want to insult the dog pee by using those hideous pants. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY (unless you're going to an "ugliest pants" contest...then they are a guaranteed winner).

I feel so stupid that i didn’t read this before ordering🙈🥲 After a very very long time I finally received my order. Way too small and too short. Send an email to arrange return and refund. Got a very nice and polite reply and after that nothing….. no answer …. No money. PayPal is looking into it. Hope that results into something. DON’T BUY HERE!!!!! SCAM

I ordered two pairs of the Milarosabella jean sweatpants. I ordered XL but was sent size L. Neither of them fit, so I tried to return them based on the instructions of the website, but I never received any response back from the company. I even tried contacting the president of the company and still no response. Do not purchase from them.

None of their links work. Impossible to contact them. DO A CHARGE BACK to your credit card!

Complete crap! I ordered 2 pair of sweatpant jeans. Not as advertised. Slick polyester fabric. Sizing off and much smaller than regular sizes. Web site says easy return. Untrue. Zero customer service. Can't reach anyone. Total fraud. Do not purchase from this company.
