These pants are very poor quality and very small. There is no way to return them. I don’t remember them being $50 either. This company is a scam.

They deserve zero stars. Total scam. Been a month and I’ve never received order. Laughable that you have to pay shipping protection fee and then They don’t reply to customer service emails. Don’t order from this company or you’ll waste your time and money.

Fraudulent company making money from all of us. Why doesn’t the government do anything about it. My mistake for not looking at reviews first. People are deceptive. And valnerable.

ZERO response to my request for a return. Order not showing up in my account. Glitchy website caused the order to be triplicated (yes, I was charged for 3).

Ill-fitting and poor quality to boot. Do not recommend.

I ordered these on December 21, 2025 (2 pairs). It says that they were delivered on 12/24/25. Not true! I was here all day and never received them. I have emailed them and so far no response. I can't seem to track them, even with the Shop App. $101.80 spent for nothing.

One star because I have to give something. Mila Rosabella is a total scam and zero customer service. I ordered an item, paid extra for the shipping insurance and never received it. I got a notice bus e-mail that I needed to contact USPS to report a missing package but there was never any follow from them up despite my attempts to reach customer service on multiple occasions. Stay away.

Wished I had read reviews. This is not a legit company. It's very cheap stuff from China. Definitely not as pictured and they will not get back to you about returning it. Stay away!!!!

The sweatpants jeans are extremely poor quality. I requested a refund the day after receiving them.

Since then, I have sent four emails and, as of today, have never received a response. There has been no acknowledgment of my refund request and no customer service follow-up whatsoever.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered a pair of sweatpants jeans in June 2025 and received the wrong pair. I sent them back for an exchange and never got them so I requested a refund. Despite 29 emails back and forth with Jessica Puntro, Customer Support, since July, I have not received the refund as of December 29. 2025. Their listed phone is non working and the Better Business Bureau cannot locate them with their listed address in CA.

Ordered a pair of the trending "sweatpant jeans" from an Instagram advertisement. After placing the order, I immediately had regrets due to reading reviews that indicated the quality was poor. The phone number listed on the website is not valid. I did receive a response from the support email indicating my order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. A refund was never received. I had to file a dispute of the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT trust this company.

Took almost a month to arrive from China. Cheaply made. I ordered the size I am according to the sizing chart and they are too small. Probably not worth my time to return if that is even possible.

I ordered on 12.10.25 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. Tracking information seems fake and gives no indication of when i should expect delivery. I wish I had read the reviews first. I'll take this up with my credit card company as fraud.

Terrible company. Ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants jeans on 12/3/25 for Christmas gifts and never received them. Emailed 3 times because the tracking number said they were in transit but no delivery date. Now I want my money back because the reviews on the quality is horrific. Also tried calling the phone number on the customer service website and a recording states the number no longer exists.

I wish i could leave 0 stars, company is a scam. Product is just so bad. Just avoid!

I would not order anything from this company. I ordered 2 items on December 3 for Christmas presents and still have not received them. I sent 3 emails asking for an update on the shipping because the tracking number said my order was still processing ( whatever that means) and have heard nothing from them. Now I just want my money back.

Customer service number on website is discontinued and have sent multiple email to support link with no response. Order jeans/sweatpants for Christmas gifts over a month ago and have no idea where my shipment is. Tracking # doesnt tell me either.

Be aware of these products! I ordered a pair of “premium suede “ boots they are nothing but suede just a cheap synthetic finish that when you scratch it , it will be gone ! Also the shape and style is totally different to the picture ! Also I ordered a 6.5 and they sent me a 38 which is an 8 too big . I made the mistake of seeing the reviews after I made the purchase and the system took my credit card through shop without me authorizing the payment !
This is a well prepare company to tricked you , they sent you the cheap product but whatever they want even as size , they know you won’t ask for a refund since shipping back to China will be too expensive! And they will stop answering you!

I ordered two pair on November 24 thinking I would have them by Christmas. A month later and they still have not arrived. Sadly by the time they finally get here I won’t need them or want them anymore.

Too bad I cannot give them a zero rating. Took forever to get the product. Tried to get an exchange because the size I ordered was too small. Despite a few answers that they would nothing happened. Now trying to get a refund and no answer. STAY AWAY!!! And btw, the pants are nothing to be too excited about. In the pictures, they look much better than the real ones.

I’d give them a zero if I could. I have been waiting since July 2025 for my refund for their awful pants! This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
