My husband and I planned another move — this time to Spain 🇪🇸
From the beginning, we thought our digital nomad case was pretty standard, and we also had friends already legalized in Spain. Still, we decided to play it safe.

We chose the “Check-up only” plan (document review and upload), and it was definitely the right choice. The team noticed small but important details in our documents that we probably wouldn’t have found on our own 😎

Even during the first contact with Mikhail via the migrun Telegram bot, I got clear answers to my initial questions. This really helped us organize the process smoothly once we bought the plan.

I also want to highlight how easy it was to use the personal account — uploading documents was simple, we could see their review status, and the system even named the files automatically, which was super convenient 👍

My partner and I originally contracted with a different entity (NOT Migrun) to help us with our Spain digital nomad visas. This other person misrepresented their knowledge and experience, made a lot of mistakes, wasted a lot of time, and then ghosted us. We were left with only a few days to correct their mistakes or we’d have to restart the whole process from the beginning. We’d almost lost all hope when we found Migrun. I worked with Evgeniia, Polina, and Migrun over the course of the last six months to get my Digital Nomad Visa / 3-year Spain residency permit for myself, my partner, and our two kids. In short, I could not have done this without them. The process is insanely complex, complicated, and difficult to understand. There's simply no way that I could have navigated it without the help of someone who has done it before. It was worth the price in terms of maintaining my sanity and I got the residency permit on my initial submission thanks to all of their help.

They just want you to pay for ‘ consultation’ . No services available

На платной консультации по получению ВНЖ по профессиональным курсам Анна предоставила некорректную информацию: сказала, что школьный аттестат для курсов не нужен. В итоге при записи на курсы мне сказали, что без него проходить эти курсы я не смогу.
О том, что курсов на английском языке очень мало и они стоят на порядок дороже, она так же не уточнила на консультации.

Также мой вопрос в телеграм о том, как проходит аттестация на курсах для получения сертификата, на следующий день после консультации, Анна просто проигнорировала и оставила без ответа

There is so much more involved that I anticipated, and after sending my packet in myself and receiving it back rejected without comments, I was pretty lost. They have a great website that helps you manage all the required forms and translations and hold your hand through everything. Would never have been able to get my residency without them.
