This the review of our experience with Migrun when applying for a Spanish digital nomad visa. The initial stage in Moscow was fine, but once it came to the residence permit locally, their so-called expertise collapsed. We wasted time and money because of their incompetence.

Don’t be misled by their promises — always double-check everything yourself. If things go wrong, they will ignore you completely until you go public with a Trustpilot review.

Yes, we eventually received a refund — but only with the usual disclaimer that they hold no responsibility. In reality, the negative outcome was entirely due to their lack of knowledge and poor guidance.

I’ll be leaving a few more reviews here, covering other experiences with this company, since Trustpilot allows that.

Despite the official deadline was 10 working days, I got NIF in 2 working days. The service worth its money, highly recommend!

It was amazing! Evgeniia is great person, she helped for us a lot. Process was smooth and clear, finally we got good result which we really wanted. I event didn't expect that immigration process can be so easy and understandable and it's all because Evgeniia. Big thanks we really appreciated it!

Evgenia from Migrun exceeded the expectations and provided me and my wife an enormous help with legalizing a 3-year residency permit in Spain. She was always online when needed, she answered all the questions and consulted much more than was outlined in service.

I feel grateful, especially for the moments when Evgenia highlighted some of the little, hard-to-notice things in documentation that really make a big difference.

I think the price Migrun is charging for the amount of work they are doing is super low, especially compared to other visa/migration consultancy agencies. They integrate amazing ui/ux decisions like chat and a document platform that makes the process smooth and saves lots of time for everyone.

She was incredible. Fast at replaying and knew more about the things I couldn’t even get out of a dozen lawyers this week. She really saved me a lot of trouble and advised me to go with an autonomo. If it weren’t for her, not even all the lawyers brought that up to save my stay in Europe. I contacted MigRun with a case of obtaining a Spanish residence permit under the digital nomad program.
They consulted me in advance, clarified all the details, and then took on my case.
The personal account has a convenient interface for uploading documents for review by MigRun specialists for compliance with the task.
Several documents had to be adjusted.
After preparing all the documents, they gave a link to automatically fill out applications.
The Spanish residence permit was approved within 18 days.

Kamilla is an absolute life saver! Incredibly fast, super efficient, and always one step ahead, she gets things done before you even finish asking, seriously!! 👍👍

Заручились поддержкой migrun при переезде в Португалию с Кипра. Созвонились с одним из экспертов - Татьяной, все понравилось (она посоветовала нам подаваться из Сербии на номад-визу). Оплатили пакет услуг, в который входило онлайн-сопровождение переезда с Кипра в Сербию, а затем в Португалию по DN визе. Все было прекрасно, нам очень понравилось сотрудничать с Анной Петрой К.
Затем, при получении внж Сербии, нас автоматически передали другой помощнице Татьяны и тут начались сложности. Зовут помощницу Виктория Волина-Лукьян. К ней у нас огромное количество вопросов по менеджменту процесса. По факту, она нам отвечала на наши вопросы, но дело в том, что оплачивали мы функцию сопровождения, т.е. ожидали, что нам будут помогать советами, как сделать что-то лучше и эффективнее. Мы были не довольны ее ведением процесса еще на моменте подачи документов в посольство в Сербии, приходилось перепроверять информацию. У всех специалистов migrun есть чеклисты, которые помогают не только специалистам, но и клиентам. Виктория чеклистом не пользовалась.
По итогу у нас получилось переехать в Португалию, однако мы остались без слотов для подачи на внж, а следственно, возникли проблемы с оформлением других документов. Когда мы что-либо спрашивали у Виктории в чате, получали довольно стандартные отбивки, которые нам никак не помогали. К сожалению, в Португалии действительно сложности со всеми миграционными процессами, нам не повезло попасть в эту воронку, однако просто сидеть и ждать (или пытаться дозваниваться, как советовала нам Виктория) - это путь в никуда.
Несколько примеров из нашего годового контакта: Она НЕ посоветовала нам нанять адвоката, что могло бы сильно ускорить процесс. В итоге мы получали слот через судебный иск с другим агентством (но мы его хотя бы получили, уже появилась какая-то точка отсчета).
Когда мы уже сидели на подаче в миграционном органе (спустя год ожидания внутри Португалии), и у миграционного органа возникла проблема с системой, после чего нам сказали "извините, не сегодня", я обратилась за советом "как быть" в чат с Викторией. На что получила такой ответ: "Когда сбой они обычно сами присылают новое время достаточно быстро". К сожалению, в Португалии такой совет не работает, хотя бы потому, что нужно взять декларацию, что, мы например, были на подаче и нас не приняли, нужно написать в книгу жалоб и так далее, иначе, можно ждать очень долго и ничего не произойдет. Это все мы узнали спросив второе мнение у другого агентства.
В целом, процесс взаимодействия с ней для нас с мужем оказался непрозрачным, неэффективным.
В виду того, что основной запрос к Migrun был как раз на переезд в Португалию, ставлю низкую оценку.

Evgeniia made a complex and often confusing process much more understandable. We were approved for our DNV without issue only because we had her guidance and experience. I spent a lot of time looking for the best agency/consultant to use for our Spanish DNV application and couldn’t find better value for the money!
