Amazing Health Service
I have been using Midlands Health since 2019, they have always been amazing and caring. They genially care about their patients and their wellbeing. Midland Health provide GP appointments and other specialist Doctors and practitioners.

We went with our son to see Dr. Pandey, and I honestly can say that he is very knowledgeable, kind , empathetic and patient.
Waiting now for an EEG and we will be back to see Dr. Pandey again .

blood test
I did a blood test and was assured by the receptionist the result will be available next day. I called before noon on the 14th and was told by the customer service team that the receptionist would call the lab to chase results. This was not the case. Midlands Health gave me the number of the lab to do the chasing. I called the lab and explained reason for the test and importance of getting results to enable me continue/ stop my medications. The lab said they had not received my blood samples and advised me to contact Midland health to ascertain when the bloods were sent. I called again and spoke to someone called Shauna who was quite abrupt and unhelpful when I explained what was going on. I am giving two stars because I called Midlands Health over nine times and did not receive any call back(s) as promised. On my last call, I requested to speak to a manager. Shauna eventually called and advised she had been in contact with the lab who had confirmed receipt of the bloods. This was the first call back I received. I did receive my results just before midnight. In conclusion, my customer journey experience was awful and I would not use Midlands Health in future.

Used to be good
Used to be good, but sadly the staff are not interested, the GP are not great, no attention to detail. Last two visits have been poor service. No one seems to know what they are doing, scary considering they are health care firm....

Fantastic Dermatology consultation
We visited for my Daughter’s dermatology appt. Dr Marie-Louise Lovgren provided fantastic service and we’ve seen huge improvements (virtually resolved) after just two visits. (This was after about a year going back and forth at our own practice.. to no avail.
I can’t rate her highly enough!
(Reception were friendly too and booking was an easy process thank you all)

Excellent professionalism
Just had chest x-ray done with fantastic staff. Dia at reception was very warm and professional, while Helen the radiographer provided top-notch service. Certainly a recommended spot for imaging services!

First experience
The environment was tidy, receptionist welcoming, and above all the GP, Dr Wright was superb both professionally and socially.
However, a little improvement is needed at the reception point.

Communication was a tad poor and establishing where the actual appointment was wasn’t provided well enough.
My consultant Alan was fantastic, but having tried multiple times to book in again I have had zero response from anyone.
Disappointing service I must say.

I recently had a course of 3 laser…
I recently had a course of 3 laser resurfacing treatments at the Edgbaston Midland Health Clinic with Emma Conway. The clinic is stylish and immaculate and staff were welcoming and professional.
Emma is an amazing practitioner who immediately put me at ease with her friendly, calm but professional and knowledgeable demeanour. She explained the treatment and it’s expected outcomes thoroughly and honestly, but also went above and beyond with some invaluable advice on a concern for my son’s skin, sending a follow up e mail about the information she’d given me .
I would t hesitate to recommend Emma and the clinic.

Mirena coil
After my daughter in law had been on two NHS waiting lists in Staffordshire for nearly two years to have a coil fitted I found midland health offered the service privately.
Can’t fault the service from ease off booking, welcome at reception, Louise was amazing as was the assistant DIL very nervous but supported though out the procedure.
DIL this is the poshest doctors surgery I’ve been in and I’ve got a coffee too.
Highly recommend and will definitely be using the other services offered

After a fall several months ago, I experienced increased pain, pins and needles, numbness, and limited movement, particularly around my thumb, despite undergoing physiotherapy. I decided to seek guidance from Midland Health Ltd and was able to secure an appointment promptly.
Following a thorough consultation, I received a clear diagnosis and a detailed treatment plan. The service provided by Midland Health Ltd is outstanding. Their team is professional, caring, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally friendly.

Private appt for paediatric atopic and food allergy induced eczema
I made a private paediatric dermatology appointment after waiting for an NHS one for several months which was cancelled without informing us. My son’s eczema has been frequently flaring in the last couple of months making it impossible to progress with the allergy ladders or figure out if he has other food allergies other than the ones we already know about. I went with two questions - does he have atopic eczema and is there a better option than topical steroids (I have been worried about how long we have been using them on his skin)? We saw Dr Christos Kasparis in his Edgbaston Clinic, he was very kind and really took his time with my son’s medical history and my concerns over his current management. He was very good with my son and he had no tears over being examined (he’s just over 1yo). Dr Kasparis took the time to explain about his eczema, gave a lot of advice about general things (bath time, cotton clothing, etc) as well as a solid treatment plan going forward which made me feel so much more confident about the challenge we face with his diet and skin reactions. He very kindly gave us a private prescription so we could get started right away and let us know that we could then go onto NHS prescription once the GP had received the clinic letter. He also let us know that he was very happy to answer any questions we might have after seeing him in clinic as well.

Great Experience with Dr Rostamipour for ADHD
I had Dr Rostamipour for my ADHD assessment and couldn’t recommend this service enough. The process was made so easy and he gave such great guidance/advice. Getting diagnosed and medicated has drastically improved the quality of my life and i’m so glad I chose midland health as my provider.
