Two weeks ago I had my first iron infusion here and I can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I had been struggling with exhaustion for such a long time that I almost forgot what “normal” energy felt like.

Within the last two weeks I’ve noticed such a difference. I feel less drained, less foggy, more awake, and overall just more like myself again. It hasn’t been some fake overnight miracle, but there has been a very real steady improvement that I’m incredibly grateful for.

I was honestly nervous beforehand because it was my first ever infusion, but the consultant and nurses were amazing. They were warm, calm, knowledgeable and reassuring without being dismissive. You can tell immediately when healthcare professionals actually care about how a patient feels, not just the procedure itself, and that was very obvious here.

The whole treatment felt safe, well explained and surprisingly comfortable. Thank you for offering a service that genuinely improves people’s quality of life. As someone who had been iron deficient for years, I can honestly say this treatment has made a noticeable difference already.

Came for a health check up, blood test and NAD drip, staff were very professional and looked after me, we went through the test results and was given recommendations on where I can work on things. I will definitely be coming back!

Dr Nadir Abbas and the rest of the team were so helpful already. I genuinely felt my health and concerns were validated and appreciated how thorough and clear Dr Nadir was with explaining and being willing to review my whole situation. I was able to do tests already on the same day for things I have been waiting with the NHS GP for months so definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting to have clarity and support from a healthcare team who genuinely show they care.

The staff are so lovely and friendly. I had a menopausal consultation with Dr Sidra Hasan, she was incredible. So knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. She clearly explained the options and processes helping me figure out the best path. I felt really looked after and listened to. I highly recommend House of Health, I will be going back.

I was seen the same day it was a bank holiday and rather than wait 8 hours in A&E at the local hospital. I chose to come here. The clinic smelt lovely and was clean. Stark contrast to the germs floating around the A&E department. Dr Nadir Abbas who had the most loveliest bedside manner and was very helpful and compassionate. I also so Dr Anita Raja who was attentive and changed my medication to one that would suit upon listening to my feedback. I would highly recommend this clinic. And Dr Abbas was very understanding when I advised my follow up appt wasn’t necessary as the nhs ambulance service were able to assist me the following day. They are a great team and I would not hesitate to go back when I’m alittle richer :) and can afford private care for all my ailments.

Very professional and very knowledgeable people

Wow wow wow, received an altogether great level of service at House of Health Birmingham. Started with being able to book a same day appointment even though today is a bank holiday. The background is that my wife has visited A&E and the local GP surgery nearly a dozen times in the last four weeks with a very swollen and painful leg/foot severely impacting her mobility as well. My wife was seen by Dr Anita Raja relatively quickly after arriving for this same day appointment. Dr Anita Raja meticulously went through my wife’s recent medical history accessed through the NHS mobile app and interacted with my wife in such a commendable, very friendly and highly professional manner. She spent an appreciable time with us in order to diagnose the likely cause of the pain and swelling resulting in her prescribing alternative medication. Dr Anita Raja was absolutely amazing and House of Health Birmingham cannot be lauded enough for the very outstanding quality of service and performance provided.

I had struggled getting answers from the NHS and decided to visit the clinic for a consultation with Dr Anita Raja (after reading many positive reviews) and I was not disappointed.
Dr Raja was very knowledgeable and experienced and listened to my concerns.

She was able to diagnose the root cause of my condition and within a couple of weeks I could see an improvement.

Service was amazing managed to get an appointment the same day and a private assessment the next day! Would highly recommend staff were also great help and very good with people who are anxious. I would urge everyone to go here as the price shouldn’t matter your health comes first! Both the GP and Psychiatrist were amazing and genuinely knew what they were doing. The team are also very straight to the point and don’t waste your time. You won’t regret it !!

I traveled from Germany to the UK and unfortunately ended up in a scuffle that left me with a head injury. I visited this clinic for treatment, and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care I received. The staff were highly professional, efficient, and made me feel safe and well looked after throughout the entire process. We travelled from Bolton to see Dr Gul at House of Health, and the experience was excellent. I was looking for a consultant child psychiatrist with extensive experience to assess my child's ongoing anxiety, and after reading many positive reviews, my wife and I decided to see him. Dr Gul was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and thorough, taking the time to listen carefully to our concerns. He explained everything clearly in simple, easy-to-understand language, answered all our questions, and provided reassurance throughout the consultation. The team at House of Health were also friendly and supportive. We left feeling confident about the next steps. I would highly recommend Dr. Gul as a compassionate and experienced consultant child psychiatrist.

Fantastic experience. Called through and spoke to a polite and helpful receptionist who offered a same day appointment. Easy booking and completing pre-appointment questionnaires online. A well-located practice which was comfortable and had excellent facilities (including for our baby). Dr Raja was prompt, helpful and professional throughout the consultation.
