To help clarify, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100. Because your order total came to £60, it did not quite meet the minimum threshold required to qualify for free shipping. We apologise if this wasn't clearer during your checkout process.

When I first heard about your delivery…
When I first heard about your delivery you said I had to sign on delivery. I gave instructions for the parcel to be placed in parcel box. The courier placed the parcel by the front door. I saw this on camera in Italy! I had to message my neighbour to go round and place the parcel in the box. Not good enough!

We are very sorry to hear that your delivery instructions were not followed correctly by the courier, especially while you were away in Italy.
We completely understand how stressful it must have been to see your parcel left by the front door on camera, and we are incredibly grateful to your neighbour for stepping in to help. When signature-tracked delivery is selected or required, our couriers are expected to either obtain a signature or strictly follow secure alternative instructions if a safe parcel box is designated. Leaving the package exposed by the front door is certainly not the standard of service we expect.
We take this matter very seriously and will be raising this directly with our delivery partner to ensure this courier is flagged and that this does not happen again.

Sent wrong items which cannot be refunded
I ordered bath towels but they sent me hand towels which came straight from the manufacture. But on their website it mentions there’s no returns back to the manufacture. It’s also impossible to get ahold of them to tell them the issue, no email address or number. Only an automated bot that repeats the same thing.

Useless

I can also see that you've reached out for support on our live chat service, and one of our team members had helped with resolving this case for you!
I wanted to share some information for the website navigation, just to help in the future. Any items that are in stock will have a green tick indicating that we have these at our distribution warehouse, ready for orders 🙂
Any items that are not in stock, will have an orange tick, normally with a date advising when these will be available - For the item that was holding this back, I can see at the time of ordering this was listed as "Stock due 16th Nov"
Our goal is to make the shopping experience as seamless as possible, which is monitored and updated regularly each day, to ensure this goal is achieved 🙌
As you are also now aware, if you've any queries, you can always speak with the team directly, and we can assist where possible!

Only 50% refund.....
We returned a console table after taking considerable effort to repack the parts the same way they had arrived, only for MFI to reduce our refund to 50% of the purchase price with no explanation whatsoever.
