Been waiting for my order in the states 3 weeks this is the second time I contacted and they try to blame on the transportation company ..stay away from it ..Brazilllllllllllll

Worst, I did my order on 16/05 €112.00. They didn’t delivery, on 08/06 I’ve asked and I decide to cancel, until now 27/08 they didn’t made my reimbursement and blocked me in all social midea and WhatsApp! Scammer site!!

Never buy again. I bought products to be delivered in Norway the delivered date was 19.08 until now I dont get my order and not manage to get contact with support by mail. No buy this is scammed

Fiz uma compra, não entregaram, nao respondem aos mails, nada... fiquei sem encomenda nem dinheiro. Reportado à Polícia Judiciária em Portugal por burla agravada. Fujam deste site...

Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa: el pedido no ha sido enviado, no facilitan información clara sobre el estado de la compra y, pese a haber solicitado el reembolso, no me han devuelto el dinero.

Antes de comprar, recomiendo informarse bien y leer las experiencias de otros clientes. En mi caso, no volvería a comprar y aconsejo extremar las precauciones.

Fiz uma compra na Meu Brasil Online em maio de 2026, no valor de R$ 1500 para entrega na Dinamarca.

Depois da compra, a própria empresa informou que não conseguiria enviar o pedido para a Dinamarca e que faria o cancelamento. Fui informada de que o valor seria reembolsado em até 15 dias.

Já se passaram aproximadamente 4 meses e até hoje não recebi o reembolso.

Tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes com a empresa para resolver a situação, mas até o momento não tive uma solução.

I placed an order with Meu Brasil Online in May 2026 for delivery to Denmark.

After the purchase, the company informed me that they were unable to ship the order to Denmark and that the order would therefore be cancelled. I was told that the refund would be processed within 15 days.

It has now been approximately 4 months, and I still have not received my refund.

I have contacted the company several times to try to resolve the issue, but so far I have not received a solution.

I am sharing my experience so that other consumers, especially Brazilians living abroad, can be aware of what happened and do their own research before purchasing from this company.

I hope the company will finally resolve the matter and refund the money owed to me.

Não conseguiam entregar e pedi reembolso. Demorou quase 2 meses para eles me darem uma data de reembolso. Comprei em junho e eles disseram SEU REEMBOLSO VAI ACONTECER EM DEZEMBRO. DEZEMBRO

Eles reteem seu dinheiro. Não entregam.

No site deles eles afirmam que reembolsam em até 14 dias úteis.

This has been a sheer disapointment! I made an order on May 18, never received the goods and looks like I will never even receive the refund.

I hope it's just incompetence, but it is more likely a scam. Communication was confusing and package never arrived. It's been over two months.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Meu Brasil Online (meubrasilonline.com).

I purchased Noue Glow N from them and paid a significant amount of money, only to receive the wrong product. I notified them immediately and have **written proof that I informed them of their mistake on April 5. It is now May 5, and I am STILL waiting for my money back.

I have had to follow up with them repeatedly, chasing them for a refund that should have been handled promptly. The level of customer service I’ve received has been completely unacceptable—slow, unresponsive, and dismissive.

Unfortunately, after doing more research, I see I’m not alone. Other customers have reported similar issues such as wrong items, delays, and difficulty getting refunds, and some reviews even warn people to “stay away” due to poor service and unresolved refund problems. There are also broader concerns online about the site’s reliability and trustworthiness, with some sources flagging it as low trust or risky.

Do NOT buy from this company. They will take your money, send the wrong products, and fail to correct their mistakes in a timely manner.

Beware. I am extremely unhappy and still waiting for my money.

Don’t recommend.

I had to cancel an order because it wouldn’t arrive in time for when I needed it. The only way to communicate was through WhatsApp, where they confirmed I would receive a refund within 15 days. It’s now been almost two months and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve followed up multiple times, and each time I’m told they’re “checking with the finance department,” but nothing ever gets resolved. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back.

Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend shopping here.

Horrible experience. Please avoid this company as much as you can. I had a huge problem with customs, had to wait weeks in order to be resolved. When it was finally resolved, the products I ordered was confiscated by customs because per US customs, perishable items are not allowed. Their customer service kept trying to give me a store credit versus refunding my money to the original form of payment. I had to contact my credit card in order to get a partial refund. I will never order from this company again. Not worth all the drama. Horrible experience. Stay way.

Esta foi minha segunda compra e, como adquiri vários itens, o pedido foi enviado em dois pacotes separados. Eles levaram aproximadamente 10 dias para despachar a caixa maior, a qual recebi cerca de 5 dias após sua chegada aos EUA. A segunda caixa foi enviada um dia depois da primeira; no entanto, ao chegar aqui, ficou retida na alfândega por algum motivo — que eles se recusaram a revelar quando entrei em contato com a FedEx. Resumindo: após registrar uma reclamação junto à FedEx, eles finalmente liberaram a caixa uma semana depois.
Meu conselho para você é ter um pouco de paciência, pois nem tudo acontece tão rapidamente quanto gostaríamos. A loja é 100% legítima; a equipe nunca deixou de me responder e foi sempre muito educada — mesmo quando eu me mostrei irritado. Se você tem urgência em receber seus itens, talvez seja melhor não comprar, já que se trata de uma compra internacional e você poderá enfrentar os mesmos atrasos que eu tive. No entanto, eu certamente não deixarei de comprar com eles.

Tudo chegou rapido e perfeito. Segunda compra que fiz com eles e recomendo! Preço justo e promoçoes que valeram super a pena
