Metalbird started as a New Zealand based street art project in 2009. Industrial designer, Phil Walters, created and installed beautiful, iconic, life-like bird silhouettes for no other reason than to surprise, delight and intrigue. Once people saw them, they wanted Metalbirds of their own. Born in New Zealand now made right here in Britain!

A perfect gift for a friends birthday…
A perfect gift for a friends birthday as Swifts are their favourite bird. Beautifully made, they were delivered fast and packaged very well, most importantly they look great in the garden. My friend was delighted.

I love these birds
I love these birds, I mosaic so it is another way to enhance my garden,. The birds are great but when I move there will be more trees to put them on. I'm a great believer in making the best of the garden as it is where we spend a lot of time in summer.

Love my new metal birds! Easy ordering, fast delivery enjoying building my flock. Love the plant stakes as a way to get more, as no more suitable places in small garden for the original designs. All great quality with detailed designs.

Brilliant products and service
I was sent a metal bird as a gift and it looks wonderful in our garden. Since then I’ve given quite a few as gifts for friends. The website is good to use, the despatch really quick and everyone has been delighted by the gift.

Our second bird
We got two swallows who are patina’ing well and then we have brought two Robins. Both look beautiful in the sunshine and remind my wife in good ways of her father. Always looking after her in the sunshine.

Well made but mine are on a wall and because they rust I've had to paint them with metal paint. Look fab now they're done.

Metal bird
I ordered an item form Metal Bird and I was sent the wrong one by mistake
I emailed them and they got back to me straight away
They were very apologetic and said they would send out the correct item
Unfortunately they didn’t have any left so they asked me to pick something else instead and they sent it to me free of charge and no P&P to pay , they were extremely helpful in every way
I would definitely recommend Metal Bird

Looked to buy a robin after we saw one…
Looked to buy a robin after we saw one at a holiday cottage we stayed in last year.
Bought a robin for our garden and 3 blue tits as gifts.
They are all beautifully made and don’t feel or look mass produced. Come nicely packaged too. Good service.
