These products are beautiful. So well designed, crafted, and work wonderfully sympathetically in the garden. I have bought a number of them for friends and family, and will continue to do so! Also excellent customer service, very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent product, excellent company.

Geld kwijt en vogels kwijt. Trap er niet in oplichters zijn het.
Ik ben 3 maand al bezig om dit opgelost te hebben.

Aliexpress troep. Ze doen het net lijken of ze het zelf 'produceren'. Voor 1 euro op Aliexpress of voor 30 euro via Metalbird. En een levertijd....tsss...tsja moet uit China komen he. Eerlijke reacties op sociale media verwijderen ze. Nep reacties blijven staan.

Bought a metal bird for a gift. Turns out the person had one. Asked to return for a refund. Got told how to send back and paid for tracked 1st class delivery including a note in the parcel with refund request and order number. Despite having proof it arrived at their address the staff continued to claim they didnt have it and then even when they did find it claimed it had no link to my order. Then after many emails proving everything I still have no refund. Ended up doing a chargeback through my bank in order to get their money back.

Really poor experience due to a misguided promotion on their website. I expected to receive a free small Robin with a Christmas promo but didn't arrive. Messaged them and they took no responsibility. Their replies have been extremely slow and have been poor from a customer experience perspective.

Bij metalbird op 16-12 een bestelling gedaan. Nu nog niet binnen. (26-12). Het was een kerst kado en nu zat ik met lege handen. Pas op wordt verzonden via GLS. Ik heb een klacht bij ze ingediend. Hun antwoord was dat ik zelf maar bij GLS achter mijn pakket aan moest gaan. Als het niet zou lukken gingen zij het proberen. Zeer slechte service. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de verzender en niet van de ontvanger. Hopelijk krijg ik mijn geld terug of wordt er nieuwe verzonden. Geen reactie meer van ze gehad.

I'm so glad I found this company for my bird product needs. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the products were top-quality.

De vogel, een Koekoek, is verbogen door het plaatsen in de boom. We hebben het gedaan op exact de manier zoals het beschreven wordt door Metalbird. En er wordt geen vervangende vogel geleverd. Slechte kwaliteit en slechte service.

Item arrived in time for Xmas. No problems with the order system but the product itself is very poorly finished. You could easily cut yourself on small shards of metal. Looks as if it was completed at speed with no attention to detail - which is probably was. Disappointing.

I’m sad to come here and see so many bad reviews from people in my same situation. I ordered from Metalbird for Spain. The product could not be delivered by the post because paperwork was deficient. Metalbird only replied to one email saying that they will only return me my money when the post finds the package and gives it back to them. Their currier has no updates on the package for the last 14 days, what am I supposed to do?

I have no metal bird and I have no money. Horrible customer service. And for what I see here that applies to customers in several countries. Horrible way of treating customers.

Updated January 17 2023 - It has been over a month now, the shipment was returned to them for not having the right paperwork and they never returned my money.

Enkele uren na bestelling gevraagd om de bestelling te annuleren, hierop reageert het bedrijf na levering pas om na 2 weken.

Item came dirty and scratched.... pretty bad considering it was $110.
