I had an old (10 + years) Merlyn shower door which became stuck, I think because of a jammed roller mechanism. I was told by a shower door fitter that they had a good reputation for customer service, so I called Merlyn, got though to a human within seconds. Almost before I knew what had happened they offered a replacement roller mechanism but said a new door was probably better, so I went for the new door under their lifetime guarantee, free of charge. It was delivered 3 days later exactly as promised.
I can not praise this companies customer care enough, my friends are sick of me telling them to get a Merlyn shower door if they are ever considering a bathroom build or refurbishment.
The doors are not cheap but my goodness, a broken door 10+ years old and a new door delivered FOC within days. Worth every penny.

Amazing company. Unbelievable customer service. Bill was very good at solving my issue. They sent out a new shower door and fitted it free if charge. Communication excellent.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received from Merlyn.

My Merlyn Ionic Essence shower screen unexpectedly shattered while nobody was in the bathroom. There was a very loud bang, and the fixed glass panel completely disintegrated. It was understandably quite a shock.

I contacted Merlyn with photographs and details of what had happened, and they responded promptly, professionally and without any quibbling. They immediately agreed to replace the entire shower enclosure free of charge, with a replacement being delivered within 48 hours.

Although the original failure was obviously disappointing, it’s often a company’s response when something goes wrong that really matters. Merlyn have handled the situation exceptionally well, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Thank you to the team for resolving the issue so quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Merlyn based on the way they have looked after me.

Had an issue with Merlyn 8 Infold door rollers after 10 years usage. Andy from technical sent replacements and detailed instructions how to fit. No quibble, no cost. Outstanding customer service.

Speed of response was excellent all together great experience had.

I contacted the company which I had dealt with a year ago and that experience was top notch. I had reason to contact again and I was dealt with by Patrick who I only dealt with via E/Mail but everything was treated as not a problem. My order arrived promptly and an email from Patrick comfirming all this. These days you rarely get quick an efficient Service and this is what I got.

I needed to get some replacement parts for an existing shower. Paul dealt with my queries over the phone initially and then via email. He was extremely helpful and quick. My parts were delivered with a couple of days.

I needed a new screen Lower protector for my shower screen so emailed Merlyn and had a quick response saying they will send me one FOC as a goodwill gesture. I bought the screen 2.5 years ago and am so happy to be able to get a new trim let alone for free. Could not recommend the company more.

I purchased Merlyn 8 frameless shower and there was a problem with the fitter who did the job, my fault. I contacted Merlyn for assistance and they offered to send an entire replacement shower at no cost, I could not believe the generosity of the company, I cannot praise their customer service enough.

I contacted Merlyn to ask for help in terms of replacing a part, which they were not obliged to do, basically I had the wrong part for the model of shower door.
They were very understanding in the circumstances, as I could not go back through the supplier I brought the product from. The end result they replacement a very expensive spare part free of charge. I would certainly recommend the customer service of Merlyn from my experience.

Excellent customer service. Merlin replaced our bottom shower cubicle runners free of charge. they arrived by post promptly and took our plumber minutes to install.
