The person was very helpful in finding the correct part that I required.
Considering that the shower cubicle is a M10 quadrant unit over 16 years old in daily use and apart from cleaning this is the first component I have required.
Again I am very impressed by the professional way my enquiry was handled. Definitely a good after sales service.

Well I made a decision a little over ten years ago to pay a wee bit more for something that’s going to last . A great decision in the Marlyn 10 shower cubicle. I called up beginning of July as the bottom door holder had given up the ghost . 5 showers a day it earned its keep. Anyway a super helpful young man who’s name I don’t recall told me that they were out of stock and would send as soon as they came back in which was early August.I improvised and made temp repair , and on my return from holiday there it was waiting in my mail box. Sterling stuff and Thankyou to that young man that took the trouble to see the request through a credit to Marlyn 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Merlyn provided replacement chromed screw covers to replace a broken one on our Merlyn Vivid 8 quadrant shower screen. They did this under guarantee and sent them by courier- all free of charge.
Brilliant service and very helpful customer service person. Our shower doors still look brilliant after several years due to the coating used by Merlyn.
Would recommend. Great customer service.

Andrew is very good and sorted my new rollers asap

We have had a Merlyn Series 5 Over bath shower door for many years.Nothing has failed except for the flexible seal between bath top and door. Despite the age of the screen, both Andrew and Aiden from the Technical Support Dept. have been quite amazing at locating the spare and sending it to us. Their reply to email enquiries is prompt and helpful. We will be going for a full shower set-up instead of a bath next time...and guess what make of shower it will be...!!

I had a 15 year old Merlyn Shower enclosure. One of my doors got shattered one day and I gave Merlyn a call. Bill Muldowney and his team went over and above to help me. Even though getting the part was difficult they persisted until a solution was found. I was blown away by the level of customer service, I really was. I would recommend Merlyn I have 2 more of their products and they are excellent quality and stand the test of time with everyday use. Well done to all !

First class company, I would like to call out Aidan Deegan for his outstanding customer service, I emailed Merlyn with my issue and it was resolved instantly, no questions asked, Aidan was able to pinpoint the issue immediately from a few photographs i sent and resolved everything, a few days later a replacement part arrived. Part fitted and shower cubicle now back to 100% effective. Thank you.

Our experience with Merlyn was second to none.
Our shower screen shattered, no idea why. We contacted the company we purchased from who wasn't overly helpful but they did supply contact details of manufacturers.
Our contact at Merlyn, Andrew was extremely helpful.
His first response was to ask if anyone was injured. Thankfully no one was.
He arranged for a replacement which arrived very quickly.

We had a problem with our shower fitter re getting the bottom of the door and seals.
It was a new product for him . Nothing wrong with MERLYN - I called MERLYN and spoke to Peter.
He was soo helpful , even stayed late to take my phone call. He came up trumps and with his help and replacement parts ( which our fitter messed up ) our fitter will now be able to fix our issue . Thank you Peter and MERLYN .

We experienced a panel that shattered in our bespoke shower. Our bathroom supplier contacted Merlin's bespoke department and they immediately offered to replace the whole installation. This was done with additional modification to improve the installation.

We bought a Merlin shower door about ten years ago and the rollers broke I spoke to Patrick Brennan at Merlin and he organised a brand new replacement unit

I needed replacement door seals for my shower enclosure. Patrick quickly identified the required parts and arranged for them to be shipped to me. They arrived shortly after my enquiry and I was able quickly to fit them with no problem.

Brilliant customer service, polite and very helpful in identifying the part I had an issue with. Then provided me with a replacement part very quickly. I could not have asked for a better customer experience.

I had a question about one of their products and emailed them for help. They responded within a day with a solution to my problem. A gentleman called Bill (sorry, no surname!) went above and beyond to help - taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and following through until it was sorted. I had to contact the company after a set of rollers came off our shower door. They had come off couple times before and I just put them back on however this time the screw failed to stay inside the housing and it kept falling off. Typical I was just out of warranty with David wilson homes so I contacted the company so I could purchase a set. Aidan was outstanding with his swift customer service. He requested some photos to positively identify the correct rollers and then arranged a set to be sent out totally free as a gesture of good will as we were just out of warranty. I never asked for them to be free I was totally willing to pay for a set as we were out of warranty, however Aidan went above and beyond to sort this out for me quickly. Problem sorted with a couple of emails after a prompt reply from the first enquiry

Door guide bracket for our M10 shower door had seized up. Contacted Merlyn by email with a picture of the problem. They quickly replied and confirmed they would send a replacement part. All covered by Lifetime warranty and our shower is now 13 years old.
Truly excellent after sales service, no quibbling, just good old fashioned honest and consistent customer service.
If only other companies could react as well as this!

I had a problem with my MERLYN shower door rollers - I rang Bill at the spare parts department who sent me the replacement parts overnight - no fuss and so efficient!
