Excellent after care customer service after we experienced leaking from the shower. Patrick was tremendously helpful and sympathetic sending Derek an expert fitter to replace our door. Problem sorted!
I will definitely use Merlyn again when I replace my other bathroom.

So impressed with this company. Bought a shower cubicle about 10 years ago and the 2 upright seals had recently split along with the bottom door seal. Contacted them and enquired about purchasing replacements. They sent replacements free of charge which was very generous and unexpected. I recieved the replacement parts 3 days after my initial enquiry. First class service and would definitely recommend them

Just wanted to say how great their customer service is. Andrew Gaffne was amazing in helping with after care. He’s a credit to the company, delivering the customer service you expect from a company, but never seem to get these days.

We required some information on a shower door screen we have and within 24 hours the Technical/Service department delivered . Quite stunned that in this day and age we still have great companies with quality product and professional staff .

What a great company. I happened to have saved my quote from 2022. I googled Merlyn and found they were based in Ireland. A quick phone call asked me to send pictures of my damaged bathroom seal. A confirmation email came back quickly stating they would send me out a new seal as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Patrick!

We bought a Merlyn series 6 shower enclosure about 12 years ago, spoke to Patrick Brennan at Merlyn about some corrosion on the lower rail, although he suggested it could be down to my cleaning , he organised a brand new replacement unit What a service, Great to deal with a company that stands fully behind its lifetime warranty, the whole process was 50 minutes of emails and pics.
Definitely recommend Merlyn.

I contacted Patrick at Merlyn to check whether I could still get replacement parts for our Quadrant shower enclosure.
We've been really happy with the quality of the product but over a long period of time, the door wheels and seals were understandably showing signs of wear.

Not only were they still available, but Patrick very kindly arranged for the parts to be sent to me free of charge!

The parts were identified and despatch arranged within minutes of me sending the email.

Excellent customer service from Patrick.

Needed some advice on how to fill a few chips/dents on our truestone shower tray from our metal shower scraper taking dinks out of it (annoying!) and the price for a new drain grill that was starting to look a bit tatty after 6 years of use. Patrick answered my query in minutes not hours and sorted this by dispathcing a repair kit and the grill all FOC - amazing!

I rang to get a replacement set of wheels for a 15 year old shower screen not really expecting massive success due to the age of it. A really lovely, helpful and friendly guy called Patrick Brennan couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did Patrick identify the wheels from a bad photo taken by my elderly father whilst I was on the phone he then emailed me 10 minutes later to let me know the wheels had been ordered and should arrive in 2 to 5 days time. What a guy, what a service and what a manufacturer! Thank you very much.

I enquired as to replacing the door seals on our shower. Was given an order order no and told delivery between 2/5 days. Amazingly no Charge. Supplied as a Goodwill gesture. All this organised by Patrick. Totally time 2hrs. Brilliant customer service. Many thanks
