Outstanding customer service from Merlyn
I already have a Merlyn shower at home and have always had outstanding customer service when I needed to replace wear and tear items like door seals etc.
Currently, we are refurbishing a bathroom and shower room and had no hesitation in buying two Merlyn frameless shower enclosures. Our plumber had some minor installation problems so I contacted Merlyn for replacement parts. Aidan at Merlyn had replacements on their way to us within a few hours. Another fine example of great customer service from Merlyn.

I was impressed by the service offered by the technical support team. Patrick was extremely helpful, understood the issue perfectly and offered a replacement item at no cost. Great service and a great product too. This was a new purchase, but I have had a Merlyn shower door installed 20years ago and, with the right maintenance, still looks as new! A very satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service from Patrick.
I contacted Merlyn about replacement rollers and a seal for a shower enclosure I purchased back in 2019. I wasn't sure whether the parts would still be available after seven years, but Patrick responded incredibly quickly and immediately offered to send out the replacement parts.
It is increasingly rare to receive this level of after-sales service, particularly so many years after the original purchase. The shower enclosure itself has also been excellent, so much so that I bought another one for my daughter's bathroom a couple of years ago.
A very positive experience and a company that clearly stands behind its products. Many thanks to Patrick for the friendly, professional and exceptionally efficient service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant Service
We have two Merlyn Shower installations one is a Merlyn 10 Sliding Door and the other a pivot door Merlyn 8. Following heavy use the Merlyn 10 has developed corrosion due to our very hard water.
I ordered various replacement parts and Merlyn have generously offered to supply the parts FOC - what brilliant service. If you are looking to install a shower enclosure I would certainly recommend Merlyn.
