When enquiring about some new locking…
When enquiring about some new locking nuts for the handle of my Merlyn Swift shower door. Andrew didn’t hesitate in suggesting supplying a pair of handles at no cost to me . That was a generous offer that I was amazed by. A very thoughtful and kind offer considering the shower is over 12 years old. I was expecting that these handles would be out of production.

We have a number of Merlyn shower doors being a hall of residents, so its refreshing to have a good back up service that can identify parts quickly and delivery super quick, their service is greatly appreciated. Other customer care services should take note.

I spoke to Andrew Kehoe on a couple of occasions and he was particularly helpful even emailed me a explosive view of my shower to help me find the part I required, extremely helpful couldn’t have been more helpful. The parts were coming from Ireland and came within three days which included the weekend. Thank you Andrew

I was looking for a very specific bathroom part which I was having difficulty finding. I contacted Patrick at Merlyn for advice. Patrick was extremely helpful and he very quickly located the correct part. He then arranged to send the part that day and to my great surprise he advised, as a gesture of goodwill, there would be no charge for the part. Unbeatable customer service.
Our shower screen shattered, whilst we were away. We contacted the builders (new build) who were unable to help, but on contacting Merlyn directly, Patrick asked for a few details to identify the model and arranged for a replacement screen to be sent. Quick, easy and painless - customer service should always be like this.

Replacement parts for a Merlyn shower
I had to contact Merlyn to find some replacement parts for a shower cubicle already in my house when I moved in. Probably an old model now, so I wasn’t hopeful when I got in touch.
Their customer service was excellent - responsive, efficient and the team went above-and-beyond to solve the issue. Replacement parts arrived within two days. Well done and thank you - to Bill M in particular.

Contacted Merlyn regarding replacement shower door seal and dealt with Patrick. I was surprised when he advised he had raised an order for the item and it would be sent FOC. Unbelievable in this day and age that there’s decent company’s who appreciate the customer after a few years. Cannot thank Patrick and the guys at Merlyn enough. Absolute superstars.
