I've ordered from Warhammer merch almost every Christmas for a few years now and it always arrives in time and my partner is always super happy.
There's a ridiculous amount of t-shirts to choose from and lots of other things too, like bags, hats, phone cases...
I've rated 4 instead of 5 because the tracking is pretty much non-existent and a t-shirt only lasts a few years before the print fades. But a few years of happiness for my partner is still great :-)

Ordered in black Friday sale in November as a Christmas gift for my son. Christmas Eve and still no parcel. Been contacting them for the last week or so but I've apparently got to wait before they can investigate. Can't comment on quality of product only on their lack of serv8ce

I should have read the other reviews before spending money with this vendor. Ordered the item TEN days ago and still hasn’t arrived as of today on Dec. 20th. I bought what I thought would be the perfect gift for a Secret Santa event that should have arrived nearly two weeks before the event, but no. I had to fight holiday traffic and purchase locally to gift in time. What was the point of being charged shipping costs if the items isn’t actually going to be shipped and delivered? Don’t waste your time or money with this shitty service!

Ordered item and kept up to date regularly about its delivery progress . I panicked at one stage worried it would not be in time for Christmas so I contacted customer services. I received a quick response with a very helpful answer.

I placed an order for a 2025 calendar and have not yet received it.

Very poor service.
I placed 2 orders, one on the 9th and one on the 13th.
I received an email 7 days later for the first order, saying that it was on its way. 4 days later, it has still not arrived.
7 days after I made the second order, my items have still not been sent.
I contacted them via email to ask when it was going to be sent (that seems to be the only way that you can do that). 2 days later I have still not received a reply.
I will not use them again.
An update. To add insult to injury, the second order finally arrived with 2 of the 5 items that were ordered missing.

Ordered a single calendar on Dec 7. As of Dec 19 it’s still in transit. Estimated delivery was seven days. No communication from company. Absolutely do not recommend ordering direct from the company. Wish I had ordered through literally anyone else cause now my gift is arriving after the person it was intended for leaves.

Shocking service and quality for the price, shipping costs €12.95 with no proper tracking and takes ages to arrive!!
Top is just an ordinary GILDAN top with poor quality print, part of print is missing comparing to the photo on the website.

Absolutely shocking £60 odd quid for a screwed up hoodie just pushed into brown paper bag with a mug in a box not the postage and packaging service you'd expect when it's nearly £8 for that service alone .
Will not be ordering clothes from yourself again if you just screw up and chuck them in a bag .

I’d love to rate the items I ordered. Can’t do that if they never arrive. Paid $15 for shipping and not only has the package not shown up, the tracking data provides zero details. It’s “en route” - with no indication of where or when it’s expected and hasn’t been updated for a week. Definitely will not make another purchase when shopping for gifts, might buy for myself and cheerfully wait forever, but need a more reliable idea on shipping when I buy for others. (Figured three weeks ahead of time was plenty. I figured wrong.)

I wanted to buy nice quality t-shirtd for a Christmas gift, so I choose official shop... And it was the biggest mistake. Tshirts that cost almost 40eur each are very thin and very poor quality. They were put without any foil directly into paper envelope for International shipping. Delivery took 20 days from order date. That's unacceptable. It's a shame to give it as a gift...waste of money

Love the cloths, very comftable. there was a mistake in the order and Ill be honest it made me want to do a 1 star review but to be fair I thought id see the outcome of a supprt request. and I could not be happyer. the mistake has been fixed and no extra chages my way.

customer serves were polite and only took them 3 working days to get it all sorted even on the run up to Xmass.

I recomend if you do have a problem drop them a line, just make your problem clear and send a pic if you can.

Ill be ordering from them again.

I placed an order on December 5 that my grandson wanted for Christmas. I haven’t received any tracking information and it’s been 11 days. I’m not real confident it will get here by Christmas. And after reading reviews I’m concerned about the quality.

UPDATE- It is now December 30 and one thing out of 5 I ordered arrived today. No tracking in the rest of my order. Not a happy customer when it’s almost a week ago Christmas and I don’t have any idea when my grandson will get the rest of this order.

I have received a link from this company to review an item that I have purchased for my Son in Law for Christmas. This seems a bit pointless as the item hasn't arrived yet, it's still stuck in a Royal Mail depot in Chester !

Excellent, everything just perfect.

I bought a gift set for £50 (not including postage), tshirt, mug and notebook. The items arrived in a reasonable time but the quality of the items is shocking! They came packaged individually and there's nothing 'gifty' about them. The tshirt will probably fade after 3 washes, the mug will hopefully be fine if I don't put it in the dish washer and the notebook design will probably rub away after a week in my son's bag.
My son will love them, but I wouldn't recommend buying anything unless it's a decent price.
I bought a small tshirt- it's very small and if I was buying for a man, not my son, I'd go up another size at least.

Very disappointed ordered a gift set for my grandson for Christmas cost £57 with discount! When it arrived it was not a gift set but a screwed up T-shirt and cup in a plain box same for the note pad ! These are like cheep counterfeit ones if I would of bought counterfeit would of been better quality

Good product quality and delivered in time. Some payment issues were quickly resolved and the customer service was of great help.
