Completing my order online is easy. I find what I am looking for and other things that I need but was not looking for. I use pickup at the store. An email alerts me that the order is ready. The help at the store with bringing the order to my car is much appreciated (I am a senior).

I used Mercato for the first time recently as it just got added as an option for my local Co-op. The entire experience was smooth; signing up was straightforward, the search bar for items was effective, and the overall site was well-designed and easy to use. I received my receipt immediately, and my order was ready for pickup when I arrived without any issues. Will definitely be using again!

The recent customer service was outstanding. The delivery is excellent. A few times items haven't arrived but I can get that fixed with a phone call. Thank you Mercato. Lynne

I love the Reading Terminal Market and Italian Market so getting delivery from them both is perfect. the process is superior to any other shopping service with the ability to add notes or talk with vendors before shopping. Always on time and selections are perfect. I'm in heaven no heavy shopping bags or parking issues

I was ordering a special dinner for my son, whose birthday celebration fell apart the day before his birthday. I was working from TN, and Mercato was great with communication about times for delivery. My son says the food quality was exceptional. I was very glad to have found a high-quality food source to make his birthday a little more special.
