After having issues with my computer for a few months I took it to MendIT with who I had a warranty.

After a call with Nadeem M today we got my device fixed in a simple and friendly call.

Excellent service. Imran was brilliant and clearly knows his stuff. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

It took 2 days from my GPU failing to having a replacement (better card) up and running from these guys and it's almost Christmas! Amazing service and the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend them for your PC warranty needs.

Having had problems with DVD drive not working on a new machine which was taken away by Mendit and repaired and tested at their workshop on arrival with me the DVD drive was not functioning. Nadeem assisted me and was very patient in advising me to access the computer and re-connect a power cable that had become detached in transit and to check out all operations. He did this using What's App so he was able to watch me work. This saved time for me and Mend it having to resend an engineer to me before Christmas. A win win.

Excellent knowledge and very friendly. Superb service provided and would highly recommend. PC was fixed very quickly and to a very high standard.

Bob came to fulfil a warranty repair on site and was diligent, professional and good company. Despite the situation not being straightforward, he persisted and solved the problem and made sure everything was ready to go. A* would have a broken computer again because these guys are great!

MendIT attended when the cooling system on my recently purchased pc failed under a warranty included in the purchase. Whilst there was a slight delay in waiting for a replacement part, the engineer who attended on site fitted it speedily. He also demonstrated the new software which came with it in a way which was easy to follow. I was impressed with both his professionalism and pleasant manner. I would recommend this firm strongly.

Nadeem Mohammad is brilliant! I received a new build PC from CCL which seems to have been delivered with an older version of Windows 11, loads of issues trying to get it working. Had to call Mendit and Nadeem spent over 3.5 hrs patiently helping me fix the issues. He is very busy and yet remains so calm and professional. Also, so cheerful. A real asset to Mendit and should be recognised for his work. Thank You.

Good service from start to finish from all the guys at MendIT, collected, accessed, mended and returned within 10 days (faulty power unit that needed to be ordered in), no problems and good comms, all covered under 3 year warranty. Would use again even if not covered, highly recommend, thanks again!

I'd had a bad experience with a local PC company. It took nearly three months before I got it back and then it failed on me again within a few days. To cut a long story short Mend it fixed my PC within a week and it was picked up from my house and returned to me.
I cant fault Mend It in any way, they are a great reliable and professional company. If your PC fails don't send it to the local company. Contact Mend It!

Imran called at our house and resolved the issue very prompt and efficiently. At the same time he advised me on various PC aspects, which I found most helpful.

I bought my sons pc from box, and had issues with it recently. The mendit engineer Imran went above and beyond, great communication, fixed the the problem and in quick time. i couldn’t have been more pleased with his service, son happy bonus. thank you

I had an issue with a PC that I bought from Chillblast a few years ago and was referred to Mendit. Nadeem is the individual who helped resolve my issue in an efficient and friendly manner. The issue was resolved through a phone call where Nadeem gave some helpful advice and solutions. Given the issue was quite a strange one, Nadeem kindly left the ticket open for a month and called me again recently to see if everything was okay. The experience was great all around.

MendIT provide on site support for my son's PC. They quickly verified the fault remotely, and had an engineer on site within a few days with all the oarts potentially required and were able to fix the issue in a single visit. Engineer was polite and professional as were the team who dealt with the support call.

Great customer service. Mr Mohammed fixed our PC and he was fantastic to deal with. Would definitely recommend and can't fault a first class service. Really grateful for the help we received.

Mend-it were instrumental in getting me my replacement laptop in time for my business trip, weeks after Razer failed to meet their warranty obligations. Carl and his colleagues were amazing help all the way through, given Razer's lack of support in the matter. Won't hesitate to purchase Mend-it's extended warranty in the future.
