Thank you so much to Nadeem Mohammad and staff member that came to my home to fix all pc issues thoroughly from MendIT. Great staff and great customer support. Nadeem gave so much time and at all times was fast to assist everytime and using expert knowledge did everything all tests immediately even remoting at first and then even sent out a great professional staff member to carry out hardware repairs first understood the issues and done the repair fast. I am only ever grateful to Mr Nadeem and staff at MendIT they was at all time nice kind polite calm and understanding even when i was frustrated Mr Nadeem calm me by professional reassurance at all times and expert advise and he followed through everytime and explainations never tiring of my endless interrupting trivial irrelevant questions now think back and he at all times calmly and completely answered all my queries kindly and explained in layman terms cut the jargons kept very straight forward as it is and in his expert and experienced processes he explained very well. He was at all time so nice and help and his staff member too. At all times giving me assurence such that I am now not worried I have the peace of mind that, if anything goes wrong with my pc I am only a phone call away in it being fixed fast. Thank you so much God Bless you for being a nice person and staff member.

Fantastic service. Advance replaced the faulty part via next day courier and PC was back up and running in no time. Many Thanks !

MendIT provided an outstanding service ,they couldn't have done better. Their on site service was exceptional, with Both engineer' being fantastic Bob and Nadeem who visited were exceptional and also very personable, making me feel comfortable all issues resolved i am very satisfied.

Brilliant Company!
The PSU in my PC was faulty and failed after only 7 months of having it. It was repaired by MendIT through the 3 year warranty and was fixed in a reasonable timeframe and returned to me working perfectly again. It was collected and returned to me through DPD and the whole process took just over 2 weeks.
The only thing I can fault is that I had a phone call from an engineer asking if I was still having problems with my PC a over a week after it had already been collected as their system hadn’t updated yet which may have made my wait a little longer. Other than that it was a brilliant service and I would be happy to use again!

Great company, took a bit of time but did the job . Happy about my product and great customer service . I recommend using this service.

Great service, collected the computer via DPD, messaged me when they received it. sorted out the problem with all new parts. Then runit for 240 hours. No more over heating. Then returned it back via DPD all up and running fine now. Repaired under the 3 year warranty with just only 8 months left on it. AMAZING SERVICE. Fully recommend this company

Overall just amazing to when with so far.

After trying to update my PC's BIOS, I was constantly presented with the error message 'Invalid BIOS image'.

After reaching out to MendIT to enquire about a fix I was on a call within a day with one of their engineers Nadeem to try and troubleshoot the issue. After much trying and various attempts at fixes it was decided that my motherboard was needed to be replaced.

Within the next week I had their engineer Imran; replace the board in my machine and run over it all to ensure it was all connected properly, run stress tests on the system once rebuilt to ensure no further errors were present and talk me through some good practices of general maintenance I can do myself to ensure my PC keeps working in top condition.

Great communication between myself and MendIT's support and very prompt fix. Highly reccomend them!

I bought a gaming PC two years ago. At the time there were some hardware issues which Nadeem and his team helped to resolve as quickly as possible.
More recently, when the PC stopped recognising any peripherals, Nadeem fixed a firmware issue over the phone with a professional step by step set of checks and diagnostics. Nedeem is professional and personable. He has also given advice on how to keep firmware up to date. I cannot recommend MendIT enough. Thanks Nadeem and the MendIT team.

When I got my new computer the Bluetooth didn't work. I worked with the company I brought it from to try and fix it but to no avail.

I was put in contact with MendIT to fix it under warranty. After an initially long wait to get to speak to an engineer (I had to reach out to them after filling in the form where it claimed they would be in contact after 72hrs which did not happen) the service was excellent.

Nadeem was helpful, nice and reassuring, and willing to try lots of different options with me on the phone. Eventually we managed to fix the problem and we both cheered!

Overall a very good experience and only dropped a star due to the struggle at the start

My PC was having some graphic issues, was driving me mad. But Nadeem from mendit was a legend! Got things sorted quick and easy over the phone, super friendly, i learnt a thing or two about my machine . Technician came to house at time stated , Top man, top service. I highly recommend Mendit.

I've had a couple of issues with my son's gaming pc since we purchased it, and MendIT have always sorted out the problem. Very professional service. Special shout out to Nadeem, who's helped me out recently! Highly recommended company.

Was having blue screen memory crashes and graphics card screen flickers causing blue screens of death that prevented me from installing windows, they manged to talk me through fixes that worked and the problems seemed to have gone away, would recomend if you need help with computer stuff, their engineers are helpful, understanding and patient with you and your problem and are willing to put up with your lack of computer understanding to help you fix the problem.

Superb service, led by Neil from the Bradford team, and clear and open communication throughout. Laptop now fixed and operational again.

Excellent service! Nadeem gave easy to follow instructions and advice which helped save Christmas for us and our children. Followed up when he said he would and checked there were no further issues. Would highly recommend.
