I usually have a small window between finishing work and heading out again. A short shoulder session fits that gap without becoming a whole project. The controls are straightforward. I like the massage more than I expected.

The response from Mendable asking me to email them, is also a scam. My reply was blocked by my virus software! Once again proving its a SCAM!

Scam company, not in Australia as stated on website, and the postage free return for refund is also a lie!! Tried to get refund thru PayPal, but apart from taking so long to respond, that failed. If I pay to send it back, ( I have not even opened it), they say they'll refund me IF it's NOT damaged!!! Of course return address is in CHINA....I'm not that stupid to pay even more money, to get a refund, pretty sure because of their dishonesty, it would damaged in transit!!! Absolute scam company!!

your shipping system needs a review sending a tracking no that does not correspond to the delivery to my address caused that i could not track my package because it related to the handover o the actual company delivering. I ONLY GOT THAT NO, AFTER MANY EMAILS
It took 4 weeks to get to me and many problems with the final delivery service to find it. It was the worst on line order i have ever had

I don't find the shoulder setup comfortable on my frame. The massage itself is pleasant, but I spend too much of the session adjusting it. I wouldn't choose it again for myself.

J'ai acheté 2 appareils pour les épaules car je fais de l'arthrose sévère dans les 2 épaules. Malheureusement ça ne fait rien de bon pour mes douleurs et j'ai demandé d'avoir la procédure de retour de produit. J'ai eu un code du service à la clientèle disant me répondre dans 1-2 jours mais je n'ais jamais eu de réponse. Je les ai relancé un peu plus tard et je ai un autre code 215150 le 15 sept. mais toujours rien encore une fois. J'en conclue qu'ils n'ont aucune intention de me rembourser. Donc éviter de faire affaires avec ses escrocs.

The advert is totally different to the product sent. They claim the items are located at the Sydney warehouse but are sent from Hong Kong. My product was wrong and they tried to tell me it was correct. After seeing the return costs they agreed to refund 20%. Buyer beware this is an expensive con for a cheap Chinese gadget. The support base is in Spain. My advise stay clear of this company. Having read the company's response it's become laughable. Did all what they said and they did everything to avoid a full refund but more importantly it demonstrates they only have cheap rubbish otherwise they would have offered the correct replacement. Do not buy from this con.

I have an update......Mendable is giving me the run around on getting my refund. They want me to contact the shipper to find out where my package is when in the reply I got from them says that they will look into it. They are liars and don't care how they treat people. Looks like I am not going to get my money back so stay away from them!!!!

Product is a piece of garbage; gets slightly warm regardless of heat setting. Requires purchaser to return item to China, with a tracking number. Approximate shipping cost with Canada Post is $90. Not worth sending back.

I’ll be using Trust Pilot prior to any future purchases.

Update: I provided Mendable with my invoice number as requested and they provided me with a new case number!!

I’ve read other reviews where this “rope-a-dope” technique was applied to other complaints. Is there no way of controlling these scam artists?

I have been dealing with this company since August 25th. When I did an order to them received it September 10th. With no information inside the package, send in an email to them ended up with a case number. On September 13th, I decided I did not want this product. It does not do what they advertised. So I sent in a request to return this, and got another case number, every time I'd send in a request I get a new case file number. This has been going on since September 13th, right up till October 11th.

This is a SCAM site, not Canadian at all, address is in Hong Kong. Takes your money for very inferior product, bought knee massager as have meniscus tear, hype is garbage, unit does not work, tried to get refund and send back as per 90 day guarantee, garbage, they do not honour anything and need to send back to Hong Kong at your expense. Also they try to bill on subscription so make sure inactive as they will keep taking your money.
