Amazing experience, couldn’t be happier!

Memorygram was a gift I gave to my mom for Mother's Day one year but it ended up being a gift back to me. It gave us an a opportunity to talk about her stories, space for her to share her memories, and now it will be a book my family treasures for years to come.
The book turned out great, and I loved how customizable it was choosing the question prompts we wanted and uploading pictures to go with each story. It turned out better than I expected!
The online platform wasn't always intuitive for my mom, but as the account holder I could log in and make changes and help her troubleshoot problems. And memorygram support or FAQ were helpful when needed.
I would highly recommend this site and am so glad I purchased this gift for my mom and our whole family, it was well worth the cost and effort.

I loved my experience using Memorygram to help document my Mom's story. It gave me options for using their suggested questions or developing my own, it was super easy to rearrange the order of the questions, and to add or remove questions. I think the feature I loved the most was the ability to record answers to the questions and then edit the transcription, if needed. I also loved the ability to add photos to the story and everything was included in one price. I can't wait to present the book to my Mom on Mother's Day. This was a great way to document her story, in her own words, while learning about her life.

Very satisfied. They are great to work with. My daughter got this for my 86 year old mother for Christmas. She enjoyed making the story. The books turned out great and the family loved them. Customer service would get a 10 if I could give it to them.

Our daughter gifted me an Memorygram for Christmas. I was excited to leave this gift to my posterity! I was about half-way finished when life gave me several family challenges! These challenges caused me not to be able to finish! I thought my book would go only half finished! My daughter called the staff at Memorygram and they were not just helpful but kind and understanding! They were quick to assist us with this problem, and I am going to be able to finish my book!! On the process of writing the book, I found it to be both easy and fun! The reflections on the stories brought me many hours of happiness, something that I might not have took the time to do, if it were not for writing the book! The format was easy to follow and I enjoyed being able to right and then stop for awhile to think about things. It allowed me to go back and add things to the story easily. I especially enjoyed the new voice regarding auto fill part of memorygram. I am helping my 92 year old mother with her book and it has been so much easier for her to just talk and record her stories. Once I purchased the books, everything went wild in our lives. Four hospitalizations and a software update that merged three books in one made for a crazy ride, but Memorygram support was wonderful. They responded quickly to emails, helped get us back on track and ensured we had time to complete the books. The suggested questions are extensive and helpful and the audio record feature is amazing for my grandmother who is not well enough to type. I have no doubt these books are going to be a treasure for years to come.

The concept is great! The construction of the application/program is excellent! I enjoyed the experience much more than i ever would have thought possible! Everybody should do this!!!

My husband purchased this amazing gift, I set up but never started the process of writing my book. I contacted customer service and they’ve been amazing in assisting me and giving me all the information I need to continue and be able to fully get all th benefits of this amazing gift.

I found Memorygram to be very responsive when i had questions or needed technical assistance. Their finished product is very nice...i am pleased. There were times i could nit get things to work right and other times i was frustrated with how they worked, e.g photo arrangements and limitations, font size, etc. But overall very pleased

First off, the website is very clunky. You can't preview it before you buy it but I chose mammogram specifically so that I could have my mom and dad both contribute to a single book, a feature I could not find on any other platform. The website itself feels like it was made in the early 2000s. When you set up a question you can't just easily change a different date for it to be sent, you can't easily see the past questions, but I was willing to deal with all of that because it was an affordable price and the book was just for me. The real kicker came when I received the final book and the cover is a blank square that says image not found. Kind of ridiculous that it wasn't just blank and that no one in the printing process caught this mistake. They called me several weeks later to ask me to send them a five star review and I told them about this mistake. They said an image was never uploaded. I told them that if an image was not uploaded, then it should not say image not found and they finish the conversation by asking me to make them a five star review. I ignored it. A month later I got an email asking for another five star review and I explained in the email why I would not give a five star review and they said that they would make it up to me. I could order the original book that I purchased, printed correctly, at a discounted price of $67. They did not offer to actually give me the correct book with the correct photo on it, but offered that I gave them another $67. Truly shocking. Am I speaking to humans or bots? I'm not sure. If you don't care about format, go for it. But if you want customer service and folks who actually will deliver what they say they will, look elsewhere

What a great way to share a loved ones memory! I love it!

I would rate less than one star if it was available!!! Their customer service is non existent! I finally reached a live person who said she’d get back with me in two days, IT NEVER HAPPENED! I tried to contact her via the phone # she gave me, guess what….it doesn’t work!!! Via email they they sent us a date/time that they would contact us. We waited two hours from the designated date/time and of course they never contacted us! We have requested the fee returned since we needed help starting (we started, my wife posted, it ended on my site, I posted and it went to who knows where?? Then we tried to reach out for assistance to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend their service to my worst enemy!! Their customer service is non existent!

It is really not that great of a service and I do not recommend them. The questions are random and there is no help in organizing. Just find prompts to download from Etsy or get the same prompts online and write your own. You do all of the work anyway. It's very easy to get something bound for much less than they charge.

I’m very disappointed as they do nothing to what the advertise. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible.
This company shouldn’t be in business

I was using Memorygram when they released new software and it became one nightmare after another. I had ongoing conversations via email with their customer service discovering problems and glitches. The final straw was ordering the book that should have been free. They said - we’ll refund the charge - but they didn’t. Unfortunately I was preoccupied with the birth of a grandchild 8 weeks premature and didn’t track the charge closely enough.

Fast forward 6 months when my DH finally finishes his book and they want him to pay for shipping, which also should have been included in the original price. They said we’ll refund the charge. This time I was watching the card more closely and realized not only did we need to make a second call to get the delivery charges refunded but I was never reimbursed for the charges associated with my book Memorygram was not interested in refunding the charge but would give me product in exchange for- which I have no need for.
