I initially contacted Memorials Direct after another company had let my family down badly. In hindsight, that unexpected change proved to be fortuitous for my family.
From our very first communication, Jack and the team at Memorials Direct were truly par excellence. They could not have done more for my family and me during such an emotional and challenging time.

For the portrait on the plaque, we chose the porcelain option rather than an engraved image, as it allowed for colour and provided a beautiful and accurate likeness of Mum.
We also selected the Tree of Life design, which felt especially meaningful to our family, along with the matching gold memorial vase. Together, these elements created a plaque that is both elegant and deeply symbolic.
The final result was truly beautiful. The impact of the design and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.
The timeline was carefully managed and everything was completed exactly when promised, which was greatly appreciated given our circumstances.
