From first contact to the final payment the service was first class. Was given a quote and kept up to date with my parents headstone. Requested a modification from the initial requirements and this was done and confirmed straight away. At a time when you may be mourning the loss of a loved one The Memorial Company showed care as consideration especially Venetia. The work was done in less than 9 weeks which was a great help in a difficult time.

I wanted to take this opportunity of thanking all the staff at The Memorial Company, Kings Norton, Birmingham for the wonderful service they provided for my family.

They were responsible for the original headstone and engraving when my father died and then an additional engraving when my mother died.

Throughout all the dealings I had with them they were always, without exception, friendly, patient, professional and sympathetic. For various reasons confirmation to go ahead with the second inscription was very delayed and not once did I feel any pressure. Quotations were clear and competitive, responses timely and the engraving exactly as we hoped

This is a family run business and In this age of corporate takeovers of just about everything it is an absolute joy to deal with real people who care and have a stake and pride in what they do.

This company produced my fathers dual headstone 10 years ago , sadly following the death of my mother i asked them to update the headstone to add my mothers details . Not only were they supportive & caring , they took care from start to finish & completed to a very high standard .. thank you x
