I ordered a memorial vase for my mum and when it arrived I was quite surprised at how nice and heavy it was. It was beautiful and perfect for mum and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for all your memorial stuff.

The product was exactly what we expected, the packaging wasn’t the best, we had a slight chip in the granite, not sure if this was due to the couriers or not, mentioned this in an email, the customer services were understanding and offered a 10% discount,

There service is so good, first i received my delivery broken but then reached to them they sent me replacement within one day.

The memorial plaques are excellent. The product is made really well, I order the larger size and looks absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this company. The service was exceptional and any issuse were dealt with immediately. 5* stars all round. Staff had great communications. Excellent Thank you.

Was so surprised at the quality of my Mum's memorial plaque. After being quoted a price by the Crematorium, which was extortionate, I looked online and found Memorialsdirect, excellent price, excellent service, presented beautifully and worth every penny. I called a few times whilst deciding on the wording for a memorial plaque and each time the staff were very helpful. I received a proof of the design before it was finalised. Delivery was earlier than quoted. A family friend saw the plaque on my dads grave and requested I order one for their late family member aswell. Thank you and keep up the good work.

It was exactly what we wanted the only reason I have given you 4 stars is your delivery company I received 3-4 text messages from them stating that the delivery was being delivered the day before and one that said it was cancelled altogether so this made me a bit apprehensive however I thought it would be Friday and as it turned out it was. But appart from that the product is beautiful and have a wee word with your delivery people. Thank you for a great product

What a pleasure to do business with.
As an older person I still have reservations about doing purchases online and went at first to our local stonemason who was very pleasant but his timeline was up to six months and the charges just kept rising with each letter.
I left the stonemason and decided to chance going with memorialsdirect who were giving a delivery in 4 working days.
Not only did it show a graphic of the writing on the stone as I typed it which was fantastic.
True to their word 6 days (4 working days) later it has arrived and it's outstanding, not good, not nice but outstanding.
If your thinking about going with this company don't worry you won't be sorry.

We have wanted to get a granite memorial vase for our Mum who we lost in 2010, it was only recently we realised you could get them online, so after some searching we came across Memorials Direct, we checked the reviews and they were all 5* and we can see why! We placed our order very late on Sunday night and the most beautifully engraved vase arrived on Tuesday in plenty of time for us to take to the Cemetery for Mothers Day, Jamie we cannot thank you enough it perfectly matched our Dad's Gravestone, we could not be happier Thank you
