The people I spoke to was really helpful they gave me suggestions on what to put on mom and dad's headstones me and my sister are very pleased with the the headstones the wording beautifully done the headstones it's self looks beautiful

They are very friendly, helpful and professional. We had an existing cremation plot headstone/desk marker collected from the plot, cleaned, re-gilded, an additional inscription added and re-placed on the plot. They have done a superb job and provided an exceptional service.

The team at The Memorial Company have been helpful and considerate throughout the whole process of choosing and preparing the memorial for my mum. They check every detail and ensure customer satisfaction before all aspects of work take place. The finished memorial is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful tribute to my mom. All the family love it. I can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

So happy with the headstone for my mum. She never wanted a big ornate stone but I was really worried that it would be too small and plain and look lost amongst the huge ones. I worried for nothing as it turned out beautifully and looks very classy and elegant. The memorial company were so helpful in advising me at such a sad time and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their compassion and help.

The ladies who dealt with me were very helpful and understanding. I had quite a tight timeframe as we wished to intern my moms' ashes before Christmas.I had no direct experience of dealing with any funeral arrangements before . They went the extra mile and checked suppliers for stock and kept me regularly informed. They were a real help at this difficult time , they really cared.

Very helpful and professional but didn't take note of what was discussed at first meeting

Having not had the heavy burden of having to arrange a burial before it was very daunting however when it came to process of choosing a stone finding the right words and the whole procedure was made 100% easier using the people from the memorial company...my family and I will be forever thankful for your kind and empathetic manner we are all so grateful and appreciative thank you
