Lovely quality clothing at reasonable prices. I like the exchange function as a couple of items needed to be swapped for a different size and I just requested an exchange on the returns form. The new items were delivered a few days later.

Poor quality
Spent £45 on a Helena V-neck Merino Wool And Cashmere Knit - Rose. First wear it bobbled quite badly all over the front and chest area. So disappointing and trying to find an email address for customer services is impossible.

I like the jumper but not the (slightly tacky) charm attached to the back. Assumed it was just attached with a single stitch but trying to remove it made a hole in the jumper so beware if you have the same idea.

Fabulous independent company
Fabulous small independent company with lovely clothing for those of us who are middle aged and want to dress accordingly!
I’ve now got 4 of their short sleeve tops, 2 long sleeve tops and 3 pairs of trousers. I’m a convert!!
The customer service is 5 star, shipping is fast and always packaged nicely. The owner Amy always follows up with an email, which is a lovely personal touch.
I love these products, they’re not the cheapest, but you can tell they’re good quality, and they wash and iron like a dream.
Once you start buying Melyr pieces, you won’t stop!

Great quality clothes, that are a lovely fit, and arrived in beautiful packaging. Shipping was super speedy after I'd placed the order. I hsve worn the cardigan everyday since it arrived!

Wonderful tops and great customer service.
I now have 9 tops from Melyr, including two short sleeved party tops, one fine knit and a mixture of long and short sleeves. They are all wonderful, excellent quality and flattering and easy to wear.
Their customer service is also excellent.
I will be back for more colours next year.
