Great value for money, and the fast shipping was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

The packaging was so discreet, and the product itself is great. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Great experience from start to finish! The product selection was good, and my order arrived earlier than expected.

Cannot fault MegaPleasure's customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks for quickly resolving the issue with my order!

Excellent customer service, and my order arrived on time.

Was pleasantly surprised by the range of sizes offered

Really happy with my first purchase from MegaPleasure. They offer a great selection of toys and products that are delivered in discreet packaging and dispatched quickly.

I paid for next day delivery on Sunday and my order has not arrived as at close of play on Tuesday. The ordering process should make clear that Sundays and bank holidays will prevent express next day delivery before the order is placed. A customer should be able to see the exact date of delivery based on the proposed order at the point of confirming the order, rather than having to check separate section. Much more customer focused. Thank you

Great service, great products! I am over the moon with the quality and price of these products, I will definitely be purchasing more soon, thanks!

My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The customer service team also took the time to answer to my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Fast delivery

I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Mega Pleasure, and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. As an avid online shopper, I'm always on the lookout for companies that offer quality products, great prices, and excellent customer service, and they exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

First and foremost, their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to browse through their extensive collection of products. I found exactly what I was looking for with just a few clicks.

Once I placed my order, I was impressed by how quickly it arrived. Despite living in a remote area, my package arrived well within the estimated delivery time, and everything was carefully packaged to ensure that my items arrived in perfect condition.

But what really sets Mega Pleasure apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. When I had a question about one of the products I ordered, their customer service team was quick to respond and went above and beyond to address my concerns.
Their friendly and helpful attitude made me feel valued as a customer, and it's clear that they truly care about the people they serve.

Overall, my experience shopping with Mega Pleasure was nothing short of fantastic. With their wide selection of products, fast shipping, and top-notch customer service, they've earned a loyal customer in me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless online shopping experience.

High-quality toys and products - wouldn't shop anywhere else online now.

I found MegaPleasure had a great range of products, the site was easy to use and the overall process was simple to the point and no hassle. - Good stuff

Website states, spend over £30 for free delivery, you actually need to spend over £60.
Also states 'order by 14:30 monday to thursday for next day delivery', my order was on a tuesday, it arrived on the saturday via royalmail48.
Customer service is non-existent.

Quick delivery, great service.
