Discreet and reliable
Wide range of products, mostly from big name brands so you know they are high quality. Especially good selection of products for men, which is not the case with some other companies. Parcel is trackable at all stages of the ordering process and arrives in plain brown packaging. Would use this company again.

Hi Craig,
I'm so sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected - I appreciate how frustrating this can be. From our notes, I can see your order was dispatched the same day it was received. Unfortunately, it seems a delay occurred on the courier's side which prevented it from reaching you in time.
A member of our Customer Care team has reached out to you via email to put this right. We do hope you'll give us another try in the future so that we can deliver the excellent experience we strive for.
Kind regards,
