Uncover Creations Anmeldelser

A genuinely lovely company, fantastic products and a lovely attitude.

Quite rapid delivery, nice quality

The fast responding customer service is the cherry on top of a well made, high quality product! Highly recommend!

Quick shipping, phenomenal products.
Excellent customer service! Love the freebies per order. Excellent quality and would buy again- planning to this year!

Frequent updates, partial refund (customs fees) despite saying it was unnecessary, beautiful product with zero blemishes, exactly as advertised. Custom toy takes a while to create, but the wait is absolutely worth it.

From start to finish, its apparent this company is focused on all aspects of satisfaction :)

Good communication, fast, great product

Manufacturing and shipping happened much faster than I expected and the quality of their work is unbelievably good. I’ll definitely be ordering here again and would recommend them to anyone looking for top tier fantasy toys with fast and discreet shipping

The customer care is amazing, they answered every time within 24 hours. Their products quality is incredible. no flaws whatsoever and very very enjoyable. totally recommend. I already have a list ready for the next order. and the order arrived even earlier than expected.

They made a mistake and fixed it quickly, without drama.

Everything about my transaction with Uncover was super smooth and easy and the toy I got was wonderful. I placed a second order already :)

Excellent quality items, super kind staff and their designs are absolutely to die for!!! I will always recommend UC and their products <3

Great product but if you are in th EU and unlucky with customs the delivery time can be very crazy... however this is outside of the control of Uncover Creation so it's excused 👍 my girlfriend is very pleased, the quality is immaculate. I will buy again with no hesitation someday

very straight forward, no issues. Clear delivery, and support that response quickly if there is a issue and solves it quickly too. i had gotten a partial refund within a day because i didn't notice/get the signup 15% deal due to only signing in once i bought something.

Uncover Creations consistently makes high quality toys, and offers only the best accessory items to to along with them. I was originally unsure about spending as much money as they were asking on their website, but every time my order arrives in the mail it's 100% worth every penny. I will be continuing to buy from UC for their variety and creativity.

Uncover Creations has never disappointed. Not only with the unique variety but with quality. Yeah, you pay a little more but they're going to last, and last.... and last. The cheaper ones you get elsewhere tend to melt like fishing lures especially if they touch; which makes you wonder what you're really playing with... These won't do that or break apart mid-use like other brands have.

Great sizing charts, good products, fair pricing, love my toys ive bought and plan to buy more, also dont rember when my first purchase was so i threw a random date at it, ive been buying stuff for months with no issues

One thing I really am happy to discover with UC is both Super Soft and Squishy soft is easy on the body and works with the complications hypermobility can bring. I love the styles, the customer service is amazing and so well worth the $$$.

Great quality, great customer service. Products are unique and well-designed.
