Megan Baker Estate Agents have a thorough technical knowledge of property; the local area and conveyancing as well as being fussy perfectionists with a camera and putting as much effort into the preparation of property particulars as writing an A-grade essay. They are a hand to hold and the voice of reason when things are getting rocky and the people who are happy to joyfully dance with you when you finally collect the key to your new home. Above all, they care deeply about you the customer and your property.

Happy to report a very good experience
Happy to report a very good experience. All the team are friendly, personable and positive, and helped navigate me through the process of buying my house. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. This just wasn't true in my case. Megan & her team were exceptionally helpful and always available to answer questions. Many thanks to them & happy to recommend them.

Megan Baker: Excellent Estate Agent!
Megan, Anne and Grace all went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of them, providing an excellent service despite the current difficulties. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving is stressful but, with Megan Baker, you're safe in the knowledge that everything that can be done is being done without your having to chase or remind them. I wholeheartedly recommend them: very nice people who are totally committed to what they do and do it extremely well.

Thank you so much for your review Sarah - it is very gratefully appreciated. We look forward to seeing you soon with your keys (hopefully it will be warmer by then!)
Highly Professional Estate Agent
Highly professional from start to finish. Competent and well organised and good communicators. They seemed to care about the individuals involved as well as the business side. Their performance far exceeded that of other estate agents with whom we came into contact thoughtout looking for a new home and selling our current one. We highly recommend using Megan Baker Estate Agents.
